Horrendous, I can only assume they give off the record quotes which are then used to shape the headline as that story if anything shows that a deal isn't close if McGhee is having to have further financial talks.
The only direct comparasion I have for it is we played down there last year and I went down, we were total garbage. So to hear that we have at least put in a decent performance makes a change.
Still expect us to finish top 4 but wonder what AFC budgets for? I read somewhere that it was going out the first rounds of the cups and finishing 7th.
Poor result in terms of securing a top 4 spot this season but St Mirren are having a decent season so it was never going to be easy getting a result down there.
Sounds like we played OK in general terms.
I would say more so in Derek Young's case, he is not the answer at right back.
Mackie however put in a great performance against Utd and again against Hearts, the jersey is his and its up to him to keep it.
Indeed, it was the same couple of years ago when we played Dundee Utd, totally showed her who was boss by stoating in at 3am the next day though, didn't even notice the first slap
From what I can mind he had a good game at Hamilton but there was the Dundee game and another league match where he was hooked at half time. You'd have to assume he's not cutting in training either, I think he has the right to be posing the question of where do I stand though.
The young boy Crawford is naturally a right back but McGhee said after Dundee he had found out about who he could rely on....Crawford's not played since.
I was at that game and not sure if it was a thousand but no real atmosphere at the game, most of the turn out was probably from the central belt where we have a healthy support
