100% agree with this. I think he should be at least allowed to see out his contract to give him a chance of winning us something. The only thing to change that would be him being poached or being sacked for being in 9 or 10th place after, say, February. However, if he doesn't win us a cup or get us to a cup final in the duration of his current contract I think we should all shake hands and look elsewhere.
