I thought Nicholl would be on the ball about this one as well. He is exactly the kind of player we should be signing to play up front with Miller. He as netted 152 goals in 234 games and has been capped 7 times for Northern Ireland. Some will say he hasn't proven himself at this level but neither will any of the players we'll sign so I think he'd be worth the risk if there is one.

I've only ever taken a lady to two Aberdeen games: The first one was Motherwell away in the CIS Cup where Smith missed a penalty - overall, a cold night and a shite game of football. The other time was against Hibs at Easter Road when we were two goals up after 15 minutes thanks to Crawford and Mackie. Good day out and a good night in Edinburgh afterwards. Mixed experiences but I was in a foul mood after that league cup game.
