  1. Do people still watch STV?
  2. You're not that great at English so I doubt you'll be mastering Polish any time soon.
  3. How do you work that one out?
  4. No I just had a cold.
  5. I lost my virginity again so it was a very good year.
  6. I coughed through God Save the Queen.
  7. What do you expect from a Dundonian?
  8. It was considering I only read your post yesterday.
  9. There was me thinking it was scrapped.
  10. I'm surprised you can even spell MBE.
  11. Have you been hanging out with Caledonia and his friend?
  12. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christ_of_Saint_John_of_the_Cross It could've been a print. Unless it was on a tour or something. Documentary about it here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37vInv-RFq8
  13. The lad claimed he had paid though. The problem all round was a bunch of thick cunts being filmed really.
  14. Totally. I can't believe it took them so long to arrest him.
  15. He never said he bought it during peak. He said he bought it around 10. Not everybody checks their ticket so religiously. Especially if it was purchased in such an unusual way. I know if I buy a return I just get the ticket for that journey and put the other away in my wallet. It may have been a surprise to him that he didn't have the correct ticket on the way home. The video doesn't show the start of the conversation and the lad's ire may have been exacerbated by the conductor's attitude which may have resulted in him swearing at him and repeating that he had paid. Again we don't know either way. We can only continue to add more conjecture to the situation. Perhaps we should have an online petition to see if the public give a fuck.
  16. What if he had already made the first trip before he realised? We don't know. Most have just damned this lad because he swore and seemed to not have a proper ticket. That may have been the case and to be honest I couldn't care less. However if it is true what he says then I'd hate to think that if I was in a similar situation that a member of the public took it upon themselves to assault me.
  17. He explained it as being some deal that the conductor was giving him where one ticket was the full price but the other was discounted and the conductor then made a mistake. Why would he need to keep a ticket he had already used? I'm not saying whether this is true or not as he may be bullshitting. I'm just saying that all sides should be listened to before people think some guy is a hero for assaulting someone off a train when it wasn't his place to get involved. already answered the so that tom widdows asked.
  18. I didn't say that did I?
  19. There is always more than one way to look at an incident. Instead of just looking at a few mins of video that clearly misses the start of the situation. People just jump to conclusions based on that. Diabetes can cause people to behave differently as does alcohol. I'm not saying this is always acceptable. From listening to the guy he clearly sounded a bit thick but then so did the ticket guy on the video. The lad claims that he had bought a valid ticket but the mistake was made by the conductor in the morning.
  20. well that is what I wrote, what he said on the radio and what is said in the video. You obviously missed it.
  21. Is there a barrier at Edinburgh Park?
  22. The lad was just on the radio and he claims he had been given two single tickets when he had bought the tickets. he had a student card and the conductor in the morning had accidentally given him two singles from polmont to edinburgh park. he also is diabetic but had had a few drinks before he was on the train.
  23. Well then it should have been left to them to deal with it. I see the lads dad is calling for the big man to be arrested. http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/289791/Charge-Big-Man-who-threw-my-son-off-train-in-ticket-row-says-dad
  24. He shouldn't have had to. The ticket guy dealt with the situation very badly. he should have resolved it by calling the police and having the young lad lifted when they arrived at the station. The public shouldn't have to break the law in such a manner.
  25. That is what the transport police are for. As soon as he manhandled him he broke the law himself.
