  1. Granted he's deregistered his membership from the SNP etc, but does that cease your title for a career you've carved all your life? Personally, I don't think so. He's still a politician. But taking your tact, if he's a private citizen, then he should have funded it himself, like any normal citizen...I find it absolutely pathetic he asked people to support his own cause. Doesn't say much for those who backed him (regardless of outcome).
  2. No, what is he then?
  3. Pretty much my thoughts on the matter too. Just feel that with Anderson, he may create something, rightly or wrongly, I don't feel that with May.
  4. Great finish from Stewart, but it felt like I was watching in slow mo. Was everyone jogging? Pathetic defending. We were awful for large swathes of last season, and still somehow picked up second place. Not worried yet, but they need to get their act together. As KFP says, time to drop may and play Anderson. At least he's got youthful energy and goals in his play at the moment. Also, on the same points as the huns mk. 2 and hibs. Despite all their plaudits. Weird.
  5. He's a scouser, expect nothing but the greatest levels of stupidity from them.
  6. Ffs, we lost to that shower of shite?
  7. Folk funding his process? Fucking pathetic. He's a politician, he can afford to do it himself. If he's found to be guilty, folk essentially facilitating it.
  8. So how does everyone think we'll fare in this today? Out Bed Bed Work 2-1 dons, McGinn and Ferguson Killie don't look too good thus far, but we need to play our game. If we do that, i'm confident of the 3 points. Any update on the injuries?
  9. I'm not getting the gauld fascination. He was a talent a few years back, no doubting that, but genuinely, what's he done since the move? In all honesty, I'd preferred to have gone for someone else other than Christie but I can see why we were interested. I get what you mean about being unsure about how you feel regarding this transfer window. There've been positives, getting Ferguson, Wilson could be interesting, likewise hoban and Lowe. Jury's out on the others (I've excluded devlin given he was signed in Jan). But it's frustrating that it would appear to have failed or been unimaginative in the middle of the park. Did we scout gleeson and forrester at all? Overall, I think c+, may improve once we see a bit more of hoban, Lowe and Wilson . Lowe on paper ticks the boxes. Certainly seem to be plenty of Derby fans that rate him. Hopefully Wright stays injury free and given the chance to play no. 10. It would be a good slice of fortune for mciness imo.
  10. Ozark, got one episode of the first season to go, I see the second has started in the US. Really enjoyable watch

American animals, enjoyable watch. Had nothing else to do last night and a decent way to wile away the time
  12. Combination of poor transfer windows, poor mentality and tactics imo. Last season being the worst. Its absolutely gutting that a 6 year old club has done it second time of asking.
  13. If this was in isolation, I'd agree, but the teams we've faced (and gone out to) were all beatable on paper, but we made life difficult for ourselves. They even beat Maribor. That's what I find disgusting. Burnley I agree with you on but realistically there weren't many over the five years we've tried, we should have feared.
  14. Agreed, but then add Europe into that...
  15. Any of this official or is it all on that unreliable hitc site?
  16. For that alone I hope they see sense and move. Fuck hamdump.
  17. Absolutely, but we'll score more than them so it's ok
  18. Certainly an opinion I share. We waited yonks for a proper left back, signed one, and play him in midfield. Ludicrous. I'd sooner sign a proper central midfielder before a left back. I love his passion and drive, but he's rash, hence his card count last season. Keep him at left back please!
  19. Fair enough, I did only have a brief look at results but had remembered it differently. Guess it just bugs me we sat and invited pressure when we were only one up.
  20. Let's not dwell on those facts for now, just enjoy the result Very rare for someone to give them shite in the media and actually follow it up. Well done Hartley! Oh this is glorious https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2237059546525161&id=1377493309148460&preview_rid=2237205006510615
  21. Not talking about teams outside of the top 5. It doesn't work. Even my hibby mate said we'd defend as soon as we went 1 up. It's obvious and invites attack which we eventually buckle at. We're not savvy enough. Don't think we even got into that position often last season mind.
  22. Having watched it back now, we were lucky to get a point. Not saying we're not capable of getting more, this team definitely is but on the face of it Im happy with the draw. Their man horgan looks like a find. Their goal was very well worked, decent finish by the convict bastard. Just don't know why dm continues to pursue this game management tactic. It doesn't work. Possibly unlucky not to get a penalty in the first half but it was a risky challenge for the hibbie to make. Ferguson just continues to impress. GMS incident, no way was that a red card, didn't even make a head butt motion. The challenge itself was a potential ankle breaker so gms had every right to be livid.
  23. Strikers: Anderson - 1 May - 1 Wilson - 1 Midfielders: MacKay-Steven - 4 McGinn - 1 Ferguson - 1 Defenders: Hoban - 1 Shinnie - 1
  24. Best way to play hibs is to run at them. Our defence is better than theirs but we don't want to invite them on. I hope he doesn't drop Wright, hell have bags of confidence on the back of that performance. Intrigued to see how we line up but can't see it being as forward thinking as last week. Out Watching the rugby Bed Bed 2-1 dons, Wright and shinnie
  25. I have and would go to others but that's because I'm still good mates with a lot of the guys I went to school with.
