Hibs will be after blood given the result at the semi final. Hopefully the starting XI will be closer to what we're used to seeing, but that said, i'd still like Sokler to be alongside Miovski for all the reasons we've been talking about this week. November saw them draw 2, win 2 and lose 1 (cup semi to us), so their form isn't too bad. Obviously last time down there was part of the week of hell, so surely we'll be doing better than January! Regardless, this is absolutely a must win game, we really need to start putting a bit of a run together, especially given how many games we've got coming up. If we don't really see any more of Gueye, I won't be sad. I genuinely didn't understand the clamour online to see him start. It didn't work. Out Bed Bed work 2-0 hibs, no dons scorer

Lovely to hear boos around stybrox tonight -
Frustration is probably the feeling i have about this campaign. We were just not quite at it. Competitive in every game and should have beaten this mob twice as well as PAOK. Thank fuck we avoided any injuries tonight though, looked hellish out there!
-
Eh!?! You watching a different Gueye to me? Can’t hold the ball at all and is just conceding fouls all the time. Hard to judge if he’s pish because of the conditions. It’s clear he hasn’t played much as there’s zero connection with the others.

Videos looked fucking epic. Serious FOMO right now.

I am hoping we start to see a lot more of sokler, alongside miovski, if anything to take a bit of pressure off sokler getting up to speed. I’d like to hope that had he had a bit more game time sokler would have scored that first effort. He along with RB is critical, as we’ve not currently got the cover so need sokler to be up and running by the time January comes calling. Think it’s fair to assume miovski will be off so we have to have another scoring striker. Doesn’t appear that it’s going to be duk this season.

Seen many other dandies kicking about? Or is the Scottish skin ensuring camouflage with the snow?

Looks like it should be nice and cold for this one. No doubt the fans will have a suitable form of warming available to them. This really should have been the decider, gutted it’s meaningless, but pride is still at stake. Would be nice to get a couple of decent results before ending our euro campaign. question is, what team do we play? Do we actually care and go with the regulars or do we throw in a bunch of reserves? out bed Work Work 2-1, miovski and Barron

I rate him going forward, but defending isn't his strong suit...Much improved over the last season or two so I hope it works out for him with us. We'll see. Great to read Sokler and Miovski played well together, we've needed that partnership to be given a go. And actually use our squad! Will take the point, definitely a better result to wake to than I feared.
-
Haha his record this season vs. lower league opposition is horrendous. Just gut wrenching it began with us
-
So has everyone who wanted one managed to get one in the end or are the club still having to work out who shouldn’t have got one in the first place?
-
Ah had thought he’d been back longer than that. Limits our options then.
-
The good thing is, is this is at home, so i'd really hope that we see some sort of positive response following the embarrassing shambles at Celtic Park before the intl break. how are folk thinking we will line up for this one? Will we see a return to the side for McGarry? Not really sure I want to be soaking up too much pressure against them. Annoyingly, and as suspected, their manager appears to be competent so it won't be as optimistic as previous trips, but the home advantage (although I have seen who's officiating) should hopefully play in our favour! Out Bed Bed Bed 2-1 them, Miovski

100% , especially ones that actually travel in numbers.

Still haven't seen it. Not sure if it's on any of the streaming providers yet? We watched War Dogs again on the weekend (didn't have the energy to look for something). Seemed quite poignant given what's going on in the middle east right now. It's not exactly a thought provoking film, but I'd no idea it was actually based on a real story.
-
Ach it was more aimed at those that run the club. I don't for one second believe that any of the fan base are thinking "look it's just 3 points".
-
Wild that this level of performance is acceptable. I was reading an unrelated news article (it was 3-0 at the time) by the time I’d finished reading it was 6. FFS.

Match day! Fully expecting to wake up to a cricket score, but we can always live in hope. COYR

Think it’s redtv or nothing. Maybe bein tv. I know they advertised having the games so a possible source

Bill bailey along with jimmy carr seem to come down this way a fair bit. Will try and catch a couple more next year, just not fucking cheap!

Was sure we had a thread about this but had no idea it was that long since we’d had a post on it! Some fond memories of this! finally got to see Kevin Bridges live this week. Kicked off his tour down here in wellington. Funny as fuck, a lot of cry laughing. Was surprised how hammered the crowd was for a Tuesday, some good hecklers getting owned too. Good times.

Been watching Tokyo vice, based on a true story about a yank journalist in Japan. Really good so far, about 5 episodes in.
-
I’m not doubting they’re better than polvara, but it doesn’t seem to work when they play together. So if that means we need to rotate a bit more then so be it.
-
Can see us setting up formation wise pretty similar to PAOK, albeit, i'd expect Miovski and possibly Polvara to start? Don't want to see the Barron / Clarkson combo being tried again, it doesn't work. Playing two strikers will probably leave us short in the middle of the park, which is where we need numbers. Not ideal playing them after their European pumping, as they'll likely want to come out firing, but they usually play like that against us anyway. If we can nullify them for a while and not concede some of the daft goals we've been conceding, then we might be able to grab something from this. Out Bed Bed Bed 3-0, no dons scorer
