Caught the second half last night after everything everyone had said about the first. Some excellent play and the determination from the team and the fans alike was incredible. Pittodrie well and truly had its singing voice back for this one. that ball from Clarkson, an absolute peach and the finish was more than worthy of it. Just a shame Watkins and even Duncan couldn’t finish it off. Really don’t know what to make of the latter, hopefully he finds a place in the team, but I’d imagine he drops out when shinnie returns. The seethe from their fans post match has been joyous to read. Even one of my hun mates who barely rises to anything was fuming. Excellent.

Weirdly, we’ve lost the last eight games when on sky (albeit I imagine most are against the cheeks), but we have won the last five on a Friday night. So what does that mean? Hadn't realised that they were level on points. Some of the refereeing in that was horrendous, could easily have had two pens and a s/o in the first half alone Purely because I've seen the series, I hope they do it.

McInnes returns to pittodrie with killie this weekend. They obviously did us a huge solid by beating Hearts last weekend but their form has generally been pretty woeful. Especially from home. Really shouldn’t have much to fear from them if we continue to play (saints game aside) the way we have under Robson et al. hopefully Duk has had some much needed rest, couldn’t have been easy coming back from a long journey and having to play there. Do we see Miovski drop to the bench for this one with Watkins coming in? We know how they’ll set up, as McInnes will want to be compact so we’ll need quick and good passers.
