  1. A mate of mine who's an Ado fan said he was quick and technically very good. Just a bit short. Where've we heard that before?
  2. Sad but true. I don't want to help build up their fringe players for them to profit massively. It doesn't help us short or long term imo. Nice of one of my former local clubs supply us with another player. Will try do some digging about him. Gutted McGinn is off, I had hoped he'd see the season out but I imagine his wage is quite high.
  3. Games are coming thick and fast now, so I'd imagine we'll see a bit of rotation in the squad as the next few weeks progress. Saints are another team on a bit of a patchy spell, however they did beat the arabs last week so would have gained a lot of confidence from that. I was surprised to see that they were only 6 points behind us, so we're certainly by no means clear of any danger. Still surprised to see Hedges is still here, although if there was a pre-contract arrangement then hopefully he'll at least put a shift in. Ferguson is another that i'm surprised to still see in red, but he has been playing pretty well the last couple of months. Think I'd try to keep as much of the same team as possible, we're gradually seeing what Glass views as his strongest XI. Obviously the above two, plus Ramsay may change things, but no point in not playing our best while we can. Out Bed WFH so probably trying to catch the game WFH 2-1 Dons, Ferguson and Brown
  4. I’d heard that and was sure he’d played at city.
  5. Is here we go still going? Seems to have died a death which was quite a shame. Listen to RTG and ABZ fairly religiously now. Really good way to keep up along with the Scottish football podcast.
  6. Fascinating article, Tom. Thanks for sharing that! Good read on my morning commute
  7. I should be letting Jute write this one, I'm sure he's probably seen more of them than the Dons this season They beat Lothian thistle in the previous round to get here, and their form has been patchy at best. But they did have a good draw against Kelty Hearts last weekend. We shouldn't really have anything to worry about, but regardless we need a professional performance and it would be good to build on the feel good factor of our midweek game against the huns. Might we see some of the youth players who've been called back brought in? Progression is imperative after the pathetic display in the league cup. Out Bed Bed Bed 2-0, Ramirez and McGinn
  8. No loss. Tried but was nowhere near the standard required. It was almost a McInnes level of pointless punt.
  9. Deserved at least a point there, so well done team. Definitely should have had another pen in the first and with some better finishing, it might have been comprehensive.
  10. I couldnt deal with the pure scottish football watch along. The guys a hun fud.
  11. Sounds like we've started well, having to listen to one of those god awful watch alongs (not RTG which I'm a bit disappointed by).
  12. If anyone has a live stream for this, please do not share it with me
  13. Genuinely surprised the Scottish press haven’t actually looked into this, especially given it’s almost a gimmie to stick the boot into the club.
  14. I'm sure I'd read / heard somewhere that he hadn't actually been fit during any of the time he'd been with us (including signing). If that's the case, i really hope that he takes the opportunity, would be good to see why he's an internationalist!
  15. We are also playing the huns tomorrow!
  16. Keep forgetting about Watkins. Has official comms come out from the club on his injury? Would seem like we need a new striker to link up with Ramirez this window as I agree, JET isn't that player. He has his role but not sure it would be what Watkins offers.
  17. Cough cough
  18. Really? That’s pittance surely (relatively speaking)
  19. First game after the winter break, been eagerly anticipating this one and has added spice given fans are back for it. Hard to judge how form will be after the break, they seem to have had a relatively smooth transition to Gio as manager but they weren’t the finished article. Hopefully our good form ahead of the break continues and any additions to the squad add some positive competition. We have an almost full squad to choose from so it’ll be interesting to see what, if any, changes Glass makes. Especially given the run of form pre break. Things were starting to look a bit more cohesive , especially at the back. think we might sneak a draw here, hopefully a packed out Pittodrie really galvanises the team and puts the shitters up the orcs. Need to try and keep my calendar clear so I can listen to it at work. out home work work 1-1, Ferguson

    Coronavirus

My folks both have it down in london. Seems like they think they may have got it from the supermarket as they’ve barely been anywhere else. Mild symptoms so far which is hopefully due to the booster. Have another mate who three months after getting it, still has no sense of smell / taste. Glad to hear you’re ok Jute
  21. With all the talk of Ferguson and hedges leaving, I’m slightly surprised neither has happened yet. Hoping they’re not going to be last min jobbies leaving this to be a struggle to get beyond a pre contract (which will be good in itself).
  22. https://www.dirtysouthsoccer.com/2022/1/11/22879229/bocanegra-ronald-hernandez-to-join-atlanta-united-on-permanent-transfer?fbclid=IwAR2AhUifAWZOuL6r7IqfJchela-HV8fcGobIf0B6BE0SYxySWAaWB0BfTRQ well, well, well.
  23. Definitely posted a photo of him at a former club. But i'm guessing just to keep fit. He's not in Atlanta and he's not at Cormack Park so
  24. Been training with an old club in venuzuela. Wtf is going on?!?
