  1. Going out after work, going out tomorrow night, then out during the afternoon on Sunday. It's going to be a boozy weekend!
  2. Providing he does move to England then fair enough. Though its hardly countries away!
  3. Has there been any quotes stating this yet? I hope he still stays.
  4. Aberdeen ladette will be well pleased with that.
  5. The bit in bold is especially true. One of the reasons why I'm glad I live in London means I don't have to deal with the faux drama everyday.
  6. I'm sure his head was shaking a fair bit at the game
  7. Man united cruising against schalke. Even brought Owen on. Good to see bobbys favourite guy Gibson score too
  8. I'm sure I read somewhere that noone linked to a broadcaster could take over and it had to be shown on terrestrial tv whenever possible? If it did happen, it would be terrible news for the sport.
  9. I think that was the interview where I lost faith in him. It confirmed everything we suspected about his character. He's just the second generation of the cancer at the club. But currently, we need to get our defence sorted. And quick fast.
  10. You'll hurt kows feelings with that! I meant to add that, good luck sone, I've enjoyed the past 4 years, its a shame for one reason or another he wasn't able to perform his best most weeks, but the occassions I've seen him since CB took over, he's been the most impressive player on the park. Thank you sone.
  11. Agreed but there must be a conspiracy in there somewhere!
  12. Lol, likewise, I didn't feel comfortable looking at other sites. Just wasn't the same Well done mods!
  13. Agreed, I thought both were a disgrace to the game over the how ever many el "classico's" there have been the past few weeks. will be interesting to see who faces them in the final. United hae decisions to make whether to field a team strong enough for tonight and sunday.
  14. Was surprised to read this this morning. I thought he'd been playing much better since CB had come in and actually seemed to be enjoying himself again. Guess that shows what I know though! I know from reading the other boards that there seems to be a general feeling that we won't miss him. But I think they are completely deluded if they think we're going to get anyone as remotely entertaining. I know we'd all like to see players who will graft and graft, but invariably they are not going to be flair players.
  15. When compared to the OF, then yes, by the skin of their teeth
  16. FJ's favourite word again: I have to say though, sounds like they are aware of the task ahead, but again, the proof is in the pudding. At least Brown has set deadlines for the these players and would seem like he will stick by them.
  17. To be fair, the comments made after the game are fucking dodgy! "on another day" they'd have got a yellow card?!? This is why our game is shite. One rule for the inbred hordes, and another for the real people.
  18. I thought Nani was pretty anonymous today. Valencia came on and started bringing the game to them and getting behind Clichy and knocking in some decent crosses. United do need some form of midfield general though, I thought Arsenal pretty much played right through Anderson, Park and Carrick. And considering your point that Giggs and Scholes are obviously getting on a bit, Fletcher cannot be the only one to organise that midfield.
  19. Quite a poor game tbh, though I'd say Arsenal deserve their lead so far. Unfortunate not to get a penalty in the first half, and I do think the match officials are having a bit of dodgy game. Vidic quite clearly touched the ball, but hey ho
  20. Scousers currently pumping newcastle 3-0. Could have done with Miereles scoring as he's my FF captain. Couldn't afford Kuyt Tims 1 up against United. Big game between Arsenal and Man United today. Anything other than a win will give Chelsea hope that they can have a chance at the title.
  21. Agreed, he has the right amount of professionalism and dedication, he just isn't good enough. Nice gesture by the club and I wish him success in his future career.
  22. Sounded like a decent finish by Pawlett. Good on the guy, I hope his injury problems are behind him now
  23. Sounds like a pretty mundane first half, with Diamond being standardly useless in front of both goals and Paton missing the best chance of the game. No telling what sort of crowd there is today.
  24. R.I.P in peace.
