  1. Haven't looked for highlights, but that was a decent win for the 'Well. The huns are going to be a bit of an unknown entity at the start of this season. Hardly have any of the usual cunts playing! Scottish Euro ties have been announced as follows: Celtic - Utrecht AEK Athens - Dundee United Motherwell - Odense I think out of the 3, Dundee United have the toughest game. Utrecht are unreliable at best. That said, I don't know much about Odense.

Nice one, I will give it a go sometime soon

I keep meaning to go there. What the prices like of drinks etc? I don't mind a bit of Improv (Boom Chicago in Amsterdam is a good example) but I don't know if I could handle a whole night of it.
  4. It wasn't aimed at you, I was just agreeing with Tyrant. He looked very poor last season after looking decent enough at the start. Hopefully he can recapture the form he's had at previous clubs this season.
  5. He wasn't bad, still had a few very scary moments (losing the ball in the box) but seemed no nonsense enough to me. He wasn't the worst player on the park by a long way!
  6. Aye, if I recall, a few of us thought he was the next Barry Nich Oh how we were wrong.
  7. It amused the hell out of me. Sitting on the Golf Open stands I enjoyed the bar though
  8. Were you at the game as well? How uninterested did Aluko look when getting photos taken! Think the highlight of the day was "I'd rather shag a sheep than a man".
  9. 2-4-4 is a winning formation.
  10. Too true though Hopefully he'll be his usual anonymous self.
  11. Good news about Basey. We actually have a left back now so this is positive news. Nice to see positive comments on the P&J page.....Not that I don't disagree with the statements, more that it seems a bit inappropriate.
  12. My thoughts exactly!
  13. Where to start tlg! For the reasons you've mentioned and the fact they have no fans and its a shite away day.
  14. It said no
  15. If i'm not mistaken I think he was playing on the right and seemed to do well, but that may need some clarification lol
  16. Optimistic no, looking forward to it, I guess so. Living in London, I don't get to see the Dons very often, so Saturday was the first time in ages i'd managed to get to a game. I too, shared your optimism, but we played exactly the same as we did last season. I guess it was a reality check, but i'm neither optimistic or pessimistic about the season ahead. There are promising signs, we just have to hope it all clicks together.
  17. This very thought has worried me too.
  18. I think he mentioned last week that he was the only definite striker. Which, I did find bizarre. Also meant to add we did look much better (creativity wise) when Pawlett and I think Paton came on. Just that bit sharper, but the damage had already been done. Our solitary shot on target came I think in the last minute of normal time. Can't say I noticed collins that much, but as I said, it could be said for most of our team on Saturday. Didn't get the opportunity to play.
  19. Seve was also at the game, we had a quick word with him (and Aluko who came to say hi to him) and asked what his aspirations were for the season with Watford "I don't think we'll avoid relgation this season". Nice.
  20. I'm hoping killie, but for some annoying reason, they always seem to pull it out of the bag
  21. We're lucky not to be humped. We've not created anything. Looked reasonably solid in the first, but been overrun in the second.
  22. 1-0 brighton. We're pish. Not had a shot on target yet.
