  1. Its a shame that it won't be in the city centre or at Pittodrie, but hell, if its for the greater good of the club, fuck it. I love Pittodrie as the next man, but we need something for the club to shout about. Hopefully the stadium will do it.
  2. Was this guy not in the p&j a while back?
  3. Button is a fool for doing this. As you both say it has Alonso written all over it. Two champions in the same team ruins the Heirachy and someone is bound to get jealous. We'll see who spits the dummy out first.
  4. 24 as far as i'm aware?
  5. Potentially great news but i certainly share kow's sentiments about bebo. I'd hope he isn't offered anything like a 4.5 year deal! It is certainly his last chance at afc as far as i'm concerned. Really needs to buck up his ideas.
  6. Always been our downfall Azteca, voted for 5th as well. We are in a transition season so we will have to be patient. Hopefully McGhee will be able to get a few pre contract agreements sorted this Jan and make some proper changes to the squad over the summer.
  7. Mobile site is very good! Also, thanks for adding the forum sections at the bottom of the page again!
  8. I try to separate the two, but I can see what you are saying. Its a shame, but I also think that the pair of them were out of their depth. Is he still in management?
  9. But usually sloppy.
  10. I've gone for fifth (preferably above the Jambo's or the arabs), as I expect us to finish top 6 (don't know why).
  11. It was a crap tackle, no contact with the ball or player though so Ngog is a cheating bastard!
  12. Sounded like it too, but I'm sure tsr is correct though, its only a matter of time before he starts to "put himself in the window" so to speak.
  13. Great 3 points. We really needed to get back to winning games, and obviously score more than one goal. It was highly frustrating listening, and I can only imagine it must have been even worse watching it! Still, great teamwork for the first goal, and we had a number of chances to kill off the game. Paton's shot was fantastic! Good weekend all round for Aberdeen, Rob Roy Reds beat HIVs 4-0
  14. Of fans = dregs of society.
  15. I see Hearts and HIbs drew blanks in the Edinburgh Derby this afternoon. Think this was probably the best outcome regarding our position.
  16. Thats an understatement fj! Some players that have represented scotland have been so bad its laughable.
  17. Good on the lad Has anyone seen Stirling Stirling Stirling Smith play lately? Any signs he maybe ready for the step up to the first XI?
  18. Likewise! Its quite staggering to see how much the quality has dropped over the years. We should be beating St. Johnstone, but we need to a) score, and b) score more than one. Fuck playing pretty, its 3 points that are more important. As DerBomber says, its all dependent on whether or not our "holy trinity" decide to turn up and its about time they did. COME ON YOU REDS. :ultras: :ultras:
  19. We actually do chat about other teams in here you know, like Rangers Edit: right on cue
  20. How can the BBC justify his wage? It is complete and utter bollocks what he's writen.
  21. I remember thinking at the time that was one of the few transfers that Fergie got wrong. Should have signed van der Sar then, barthez was far too unreliable.
  22. Wasn't able to watch this sadly. But by fuck am I laughing
  23. I can't mind him taking corner either, but his crossing was so frustrating at times. I certainly don't expect every Mulgrew cross/corner/free kick to lead to a goal. I was just pointing out that it's not the only time i've been frustrated wtih AFC crossing.
  24. I always got frustrated with Hart for those very reasons.
  25. Agree tsr. Though our thin squad will now be exposed and the fact we'll have to play the player mentioned it doesn't fill me with confidence.
