Is he not a right back or is he a left back? I can't remember

I personally don't give a rats arse about other teams, it worries me we haven't made a signing yet and have yet to address our critical defensive problem. I'm not overly concerned about the rest of the team, in comparison to our defence at least, we really need to get a decent partner for Zander and a right back.

I don't care that he's rejected us before, but by all accounts we need a RB and quick fast. We know he can do a job in the SPL, its not like players rejecting us has been a problem before.

So.....have we signed him yet or what?

Can vouch for that! Novi sad was nice, if the weather is nice, check out the city beach, its a bit of a walk from the centre of the town but worth it for the 80p Jager's alone Nice place to dip into the Danube as well. We found the centre quite nice as well. Re: Budapest, Szimpla Kert is one of a many ruined courtyard bars. Has an awesome vibe about it. Its a bit more bohemian than most of the other bars in Budapest, but great nonetheless! The Kulak Restaurant is on Osvat Utca/dohany Utca. Play live hungarian music, though the guy will try to sell you a CD of his band or accept drinks instead of a tip.

You're going to Budapest aren't you BB? If so, make sure you buy booklets of 10 metro/bus tickets at the station when you arrive. Makes life a lot easier. Also, check out Szimpla Kert (bar on Kaszinsky Utca I think). That street has a few nice bars on it, not too far from the Opera. And if you visit the open air baths in the park on the Pest side. Make sure you go through the main entrance and not the side one which myslef and TC did. Nearly got fined for having our stuff there past 7pm! The Kulak restaurant was good for Hungarian food.

I'm glad someone else picked up on this. Through one of his articles, may even be in this thread, McGhee mentioned that the team had taken his tactics too literally. That to me read that he found out our team is stupid too.

I have been having the same thoughts. I just hope we don't struggle for recruits. Re: Bossu, BB I think you're being rather generous, if I recall it was after 5 mins. Myself and TC were sat just behind the goals, what a mistake that was.

No doubt you would be. I was only messing anyway. I think we've far too often seen the "all your eggs in one basket" so to speak thing with transfers. I'd like to think McGhee hasn't quite reached that point just yet

I'll reserve judgement but certainly recently we've not been at our best when we've adopted said formation, but its a new manager with a new management style, so he may be able to get something out of the players that previous had been unable.

I'd like to see us make a signing before friday, just to give everyone involved with the club a lift. It needs one. I'd like to hope we should be able to take care of either of these teams, but it just depends on which of the Aberdeen side's decides to turn up.
