  1. Can't be Adam, he actually had reasonable debate some of the time! I just wish we'd hire someone, because this is getting on my tits. The sooner the tims hire someone, the better.
  2. Thats a very good point actually. I'm quite surprised that Smeltic haven't actually sorted this out already. But it certainly makes sense since we've not heard a peep.
  3. Was told the same thing today. A bit indifferent if its true. Would prefer if we went for someone outside the box so to speak, and Aidy Boothroyd would have been a good shout.
  4. Ouch, didn't realise there would be teams of that calibre!
  5. Very good read, Can't argue against it at all. Its nice to read something that doesn't sensationalise his departure and slate the club.
  6. Well to be fair, today I really wasn't worried about. It was a win win situation for me in my eyes anyway. Huns lose, I get to laugh, Huns win (most likely) Aberdeen enter the qualification a round later.
  7. I suppose it shows how disillusioned some folk are and willing to have a name for the sake of it to give themselves, a boost. I wouldn't mind him a striking coach, as lets face it, we couldn't have done any worse than we have done, but his off the field activity would only add to the drinking culture at the club.
  8. You'd like to hope that the club have thought about this already, though with their track record, I doubt its even on their radar considering he has over 5 months left to go on his contract.
  9. Exactly. Incidentally, anyone watch to see how he got on?
  10. I think its a good thing he's an international. Though I am surprised he started!
  11. How do you know the designs AFC would come up with would be any better? They must have done the sums and come to the conclusion that this makes them a more sustainable and regular income? I'm no economist, but I was under the impression that they struck the deal to do exactly that.
  12. Ah thats the one
  13. quite a decent line-up for Sziget, I'm quite gutted that its on at the same time as Exit, though some of the bigger acts are obviously the same.
  14. Its certainly been my general feeling on the matter. Knew JC had to go but with all the names touted around, I was completely at a loss as to who would take us further.
  15. Did Man United not have an inverted version of it a few years ago? Only one I can think of a similar design.
  16. My thoughts exactly, wouldn't look out of place in JJB.
  17. I think it looks terrible.
  18. How do you know he'd be ours?
  19. I was just thinking, how's this possible
  20. See, this is the thing, and the point I think I was trying to get at either in this thread or another, having an internationalist in our squad, not only enhances his profile, but surely that of the clubs surely? Maybe I read too much thought into this, but surely it shows the calibre of the club (he hopes)?
  21. Well done to the guys for being pro-active about this and hopefully putting an end to it all. I hope we have many years of them to go. Was there not talk of Langfield extending his deal?
  22. P&J were reporting this morning that he's chosen to play for Nigeria.
  23. I like what you did there But I don't think it says much when you are comparing him to another "bear". He certainly doesn't sound like the sharpest tool in the box!
