  1. Really like the cut of his jib. Seems to wear his heart on his sleeve and genuinely love playing for the club. Friday’s goal was probably the type of goal I saw him scoring but he does a lot of tidying up in and around the box. Definitely gets exposed at times but I’m still very pleased we have him. Just needs the right support.
  2. Completely forgot about this fixture, change to help solidify our position. Our record there isn't that bad, and obviously pumped them 5-0 last time out, although we did lose last time we play them down there. I remember the 5-0 being very surprising given their form. They've had a real mixed bag of results of late, but beat Killie on Friday night. So they'll have a bit of confidence going into this. Play how we know we can (i.e. keep the ball away from our defence) and we'll be fine. Out Breakfast Work Work 2-2, McCrorie and vinny
  3. Bizarre game, happily take the 3 points. Was the attendance actually that figure or did they count STs as well? agree with jute with that Clarkson finish. Was an awful first touch but what a finish. Pleased to see Ramadani score his first. Doubt we’ll see many of them, and he definitely plays with his heart on his sleeves. 3rd place, very weird. Feels undeserved given how hot and cold we’ve been, but it does show how shite the league is.
  4. All I ask, please don’t be shit. Whoever wins this gets a massive confidence booster.
  5. Agreed. Super finish. How we miss someone like him to drive our midfield
  6. Nice to know that the huns are the worst ever team to compete in the champs league. Although doesn't say much for us, i'll choose to ignore that bit
  7. Not exactly inspiring, but interesting that he was our first choice in the summer.
  8. This is a huge game now. We need to regain composure after meagre showing on the weekend. We keep saying it, and I know we all know we can expect a bit of an up and down season, but we really should be seeing more of the up than the down by now. Boyle is out which is a boost, but we’re still our own worst enemy and do the attacking for the opposition. We do have a reasonable record against them at home, so there is reason for illogical optimism. out breakfast duty hopefully watching but maybe dropping wife off at the airport Dad life 2-1, mccrorie and Miovski
  9. Interesting read:
  10. Just woken up and tbh, I thought I’d be waking to a draw. 4-1 after being in front is disgraceful. How? I will say one thing though, I didn’t think the manager did act like we’d won the league last week, that was the fan base / club. He was very much trying to down play it. But still, today shows he’s learnt nothing from previous pumpings.
  11. Into these cunts today please!
  12. Was only 3-0 and no hun injuries as far as I'm aware? Was hoping for a far bigger pumping for them. Hopefully the fans are in a shite mood come the weekend and we take advantage of that.
  13. Seems like a logical and flawless estimate. I doth my cap
  14. Cannot believe that he genuinely has a chance. Not that any of the other candidates are any better. Ridiculous that there’s no general election.
  15. Haven’t got the best record against this mob of late, august was obviously highly frustrating as we played them into form. Team should have taken some confidence from the last two results, but that’s not to say our problems have been resolved. I think I’d like to see Ramirez get a few more minutes. It’s not working for Miovski in front of goal, despite his all round play being ok. Still, I’d like to see us play our strongest team, be interesting to see if Richardson comes back into the team or not. out bed bed bed 1-2, Barron and Ramirez
  16. Yep, so instead of going to a Hearts away game, now onwards to Hamdump to watch us beat the huns. MON!
  17. Not sure how Miovski missed that, really should have buried it.
  18. Been awarded to Coulson, not sure how given the size of the deflection!
  19. 3-0 now another OG
  20. I see there is a piece out today which follows the usual formula of the player leaving. ”focusing on getting back into the team”..etc…fully expect him to run his deal down or be shifted this season. Thoroughly disappointing if that turns out to be the case.
  21. I'd like us to go with our strongest team here, none of this resting players nonsense. We need to progress at all costs and we need a cup run. I was really impressed with Duk yesterday, offered a helluva lot, btw was he injured in the end or just a dead leg?? If we were to make a change, I may consider Miovski for Ramirez, may give him the fire in his belly again. I'm avoiding Richardson as I just can't see him being dropped. Anyway this won't be an easy one by any stretch. They're scoring lots of goals and on top of the championship (level on points with caley) so our defence will need to be focused... Out Breakfast Commute Work 2-1 Dons, Ramirez + Miovski
  22. Also, results have gone our which means we’ll fuck it up. A chance to go one point with third and a game in hand.
  23. I see (thanks jute) that the club are offering free match day bus transport with first, if you download the app and redeem using the code afcmatchbus.
  24. 5-1, a decent pumping. Hopefully they're suitably demoralised some Sunday.
  25. Highly enjoyable result. One of the rare occasions i'll be thankful for the bin dippers.
