  1. If we don't go for him, I will be very disappointed. I haven't really seen much of Nielson, I thought people didn't rate him? I would love to see Aguiar at Pittodrie but I think he's well outside out pay structure. Quinn wouldn't be a bad addition either.
  2. Blimey, some line-up though agree about Park, though to be honest, Tevez will cover every blade of grass anyway Fletcher and Anderson though, would be a bit light-weight. But I guess we'll find out soon enough.
  3. Haha I did think that my point could be misconstrued, but I figured you would know I what I was talking about Slightly nervous about tonight though!
  4. Yes you dare, and to be honest, I had this very conversation with a tim mate of mine after the Dunfermline disaster. I said he is the only manager in the SPL I would take. He kept spouting, mark mcghee pish etc...but I actually think Lazlo has the makings of a decent manager. And I am surprised he hasn't been mentioned before considering the jokes for managers being banded about.
  5. Totally, they made the first step by getting in Lazlo. I quite rate him as a manager (tin hat on) and he seems to have done what most managers have not been able to, which is stand up to the madman (albeit from my outside persepective), whilst also keeping him happy. If they actually continue this progress, they will only get harder to beat, and also push the Old Firm a bit more. (tin hat still on) Something I actually admire at hearts is the fact that they don't give a fuck about anyone and they certainly don't pander to anyone else. I still hate the bastards though and would take great pleasure if we beat them to third
  6. That depresses me, but funnily enough, none of that was on show. I thought Messi was poor as hell, kept trying to play the ball into the net rather than shoot. Horrendous viewing, but point well deserved from a Chelsea perspective. I won't be bothering with the semi final leg next wednesday.
  7. Man, wonders will never cease! Thats ridiculous! Mind you, it is Alabama, so nothing surprises me.
  8. Now there's another "shock horror" moment! Fancy them delaying an actual decision ...
  9. Thats what I thought. Shame though, because I would love to see him back at Pittodrie.
  10. Do we need a Beckford though? As we have to undertake our summer signing lookout with view to a) what position do we really need b) can you play multiple positions? c) if it is another striker (which I doubt given our 4 on our books), would they play alongside Miller? I'm not sure. Beckford is undoubtedly a good player, probably out of our budget though? Howson is another good shout!
  11. Shite and injured honestly though, I'm not sure. Surely he's still on the books of the hunnery?
  12. Haha totally agree
  13. Cregg - Falkirk Mark Knopper - Ado Den Haag (Midfield) Would have added Dorman, but I think he's out of our price range now.
  14. wtf is going on in this thread?!?
  15. Haha fear not, we're not like that. We appreciate good debate
  16. because of losing so much money and not knowing where it went and not understanding money. It was a joke Milne has lost value, not actual cash. So he would have been worth 400million, now his company is worth 310million as projects have materialised or born any fruit yet. This will probably change once the economy picks up in a year or so time. He'll be feeling the heat just now, but he will know that it will not last forever. Just not had any buyers for his sites/houses etc.... Hope that clears it up for you
  17. Welcome aboard min! Which certain newsreader was this?
  18. I think in comparison to other clubs, this is a pretty raw deal. Poor effort AFC. Why increase the gate prices?!!? (obviously to increase revenue in hard times but thats not the point)
  19. Btw, why do we have to give them respect (I know its in the press but I get the impression he actually feels that too)? How does that help us? Ok, they are a good team, but doesn't mean we have to a) respect them or b) fear them. Just fire into them, look what happened last time they were at Pittodrie? I didn't think we respected them at all and scored 4 and won the game.
  20. I'd agree with that. Good player and I was certain he was supposed to be signing a new deal before he got injured? I suppose it depends if they go down we would have a higher chance of signing him but that position certainly is not a priority. CB and RB and RM first and foremost.
  21. Too right we didn't. It was pathetic. I hope to hell they get their act together and Jimmy finally motivates the team to win these remaining games.
  22. Aye heard that this morning on BBC breakfast with Catriona Shearer
  23. I would have thought he would, since you're gay and all that
  24. Well, since you're asking, it would be rude not to
  25. Man, think of your carbon footprint
