  1. That bit amuses me, but I suppose they would say that since he attempted to end big barry's career...
  2. Seve has been shite for more than just this season, last season he was horrendous bar 3 or 4 games. He's lost a yard of pace and keeps trying to ping passes that do not happen for him anymore. It frustrates me greatly because he had the opportunity to be a legend at our club but consistently shows us that he doesn't give a rats arse.
  3. At least I can say I was excited listening to us. It sounded like an end to end game but obviously the end result was never in any doubt. We played well, paid the price for not taking our chances (where've we said that before). As Funster said, we are a first half team and its something that needs to be sorted out! And fast. We actually have 4 cup finals in a row (after most probably losing to celtic in the cup). We need to take the positives out of this game, even sounds like JDV played well and stick with the same team. Only worry was that Lovell and someone else took knockes today and are doubts for next week. According to Jimmy anyway.
  4. I totally agree with you, but I suppose we just have to hope, that the club have someone else in mind. I mean we all probably are guessing they don't and then you'll get a quote from Maguire saying he is more than able and willing to fill the big shoes left by Big barry...
  5. They didn't say anything about with the ball, thats true
  6. P & J stating Mackie is the key to our success at Ibrox tomorrow due to his pace. Even with his pace, he never takes his chances and he probably won't even get the service as we'll defend and hoof the ball up at every opportunity once we concede the first goal. I admire AFC for standing by their player, but bloody hell. As has been mentioned already, his stats are quite frankly, pathetic. We need a team performance tomorrow and nothing less than a miracle to gain anything. Come on you reds!
  7. Looks like he may get his move down south! http://www.thisisnorthscotland.co.uk/displayNode.jsp?nodeId=149212&command=displayContent&sourceNode=246582&home=yes&contentPK=20020193
  8. Say, if that did happen, and you were the board, what would you do? Because that really would be unacceptable.
  9. I think the point I was trying to make, for a person who usually has no opinion on Scottish football, to make such an accurate assesment is quite odd, and highlights our situation. As I said, I fully agree with every word he's written.
  10. I thought that was usually my job!
  11. I totally agree with every word he says. Its nice to see someone in the media actually seeing the real side of things. Yes he may have no interest in scottish football thus his opinions may hold no credence, but the fact he see's this speaks volumes.
  12. Away with your negativity! Things HAVE to improve. That is the bottom line. As I've said before, I think we'll lose to the huns, probably to Caley and struggle, but win against Gretna. March will be much better! Please!
  13. You'd have thought they'd have learnt this. They've boo'd him for years and its done nothing. Only ever produces form when a contract is up for renewal anyway. It achieves nothing and probably exacerbates the situation.
  14. Totally, agree, however, I do fear that Caley will actually get their 1st win against us. I did mention something about Gretna before, they are a funny one at the mo, but we should sneak it anyway. If they pull it off, it will save our season. TBH, I'd rather that than the cup I think. Still undecided though.
  15. Granted, Europe aside, we've been atrocious for about 95% of the season. Surely they would look at all aspects of his career before considering him for a job? AZ are struggling big time on the domestic front, isn't Louis van Gaal manager there? What a cock he is.
  16. Completely agree. I pray and hope he leaves in the summer, but as is the general concensus, who in the right mind would take him? If anything I could see him moving to a cheltenham town or something like that.
  17. He should be no-where near the international set up. I'd find it scarier having him partnering Berra than the other way around. Yes Berra is shite, but Dailly is Shite and old!
  18. Granted, but that does include one of the grusome twosome. Thus ensuring they get high viewing rates.
  19. Teams at the top end (motherwell and dungdee ushited) always have empty grounds and no fans. So since ourselves, hibs and hearts have been challenging at the wrong ends of the table, i'm not surprised.
  20. That is the reason why I don't want him. Given our club's lack of professionalism, i'm sure we'd bring out the worst in him anyway.
  21. Maybe i'm biased, as I dislike leeds utd greatly, but i'm not disagreeing he was good at Celtic. But I just don't think he's what we want. He'll think he's bigger than us. Touche Russel Anderson has only played one and a bit games for sunderland, and subsequently injured for a long time. I just don't like Liam Miller.
  22. Yes, but you have to have the talent in the first place. You could also argue that the loan signings freshen up the squad, and possibly even teach the youthies a thing or two.
  23. Keane only signed him cos he was irish But as I mentioned in another thread. Don't want him with us. When he was at man utd he was shite, shite again at leeds, and clearly shite at sunderland. So no thanks. We don't need another prima dona or prima donner, however you so choose to take it.
  24. Has liam miller not been shite since he left cellik? Quite a boozer apparently as well.
