Seems to be conflicting reports though on WSW socials about whether we’re now leading the race or it’s back with psv and Hamburg. Primarily because I don’t think he follows us on instagram anymore
-
Seems to be growing legs this one.
-
I see according to someone on Twitter, we’ve been linked with Marcus you is from WSW here in the a league. Know he was highly rated but can’t remember why he didn’t play more last season. I know a few fell out with the then manager (who was a dodgy cunt), so may have been that. He’s also been linked with PSV and Hamburg. He plays on the right wing.
-
Or it's consi leaking again but to put people off the trail.
-
Yeah, not overly excited by that prospect but as you say, does improve the squad. If that’s enough to push sokler to being the striker we need, who knows. In fairness, I still don’t think his goal was off on the weekend and it was a good finish. Maybe there is hope.
-
Apparently we had it moved for the sociedad game but I can’t really remember that. I’m not against it, but needs to be agreed early doors, not just prior. It’s been moved once, suck it up.

He’s done everything that has been asked of him and I can’t ask for more than that. He’s had a very favourable run but you can only beat what’s in front of you and seems to fostering a good team ethic and unity. The fact we’ve even seen Vinny not only make a return but score a goal speaks volumes of the vibe around the club right now. intrigued to see how he developed the squad and I’m quietly excited about it all. think your B+ is fair. Still have concerns around depth on the wing and upfront in particular, but it’s a solid start.
-
Genuinely blessed to have him at the club and fuck me, rare for a guy who hasn’t supported the club as a boy to feel and act the way he has. Class act on and off the pitch. Go well, Bojan, you’ve more than earned it.

Dirthy Filthy Hun Scumbag Vermin (deceased) and Poundland tribute act

I've watched so many clips and seen so many memes. Honestly, it's been a great week. The misery about their own shitehole vs the national shitehole, then not filling it because its a shitehole and hard to get to. Irony is as expected, lost on them Should remind them of this when we next play there. They don't deserve half the ground. -
The traditional single thread, now officially Rico approved given we're out of the league stages for this weekends game against Queens Park. I don't think their name will ever not given me the fear from all those years ago. Still blame some of the Globe Reds for convincing me it was a good idea to go after work ! They scored plenty during their league cup mini league, so goals aren't an issue. They have dried up a wee bit since they started their league campaign though, although maybe a bit harsh given they've played one of the favourites and Livi in their first two games. I'm expecting nothing but professionalism here and tbh just want us to progress. Interested to see if either of the recent new signings make an appearance or we stick with the winning team. I'd hope with the latter and phase them in accordingly. Given it's at home, we probably have a bit more leeway than playing away. Regardless, i'm excited to see what they can bring. Any idea on ticket sales for this one? Out Bed Bed (hopefully) Snowboarding (hopefully) 2-0, Shinnie and Mackenzie

Issue I’ve found with dhgate (not the new away) is that they seem to not have the badge?!? I can’t afford the postage let alone the shirts themselves on the official site so this is what I’ll be going for. Aiming for the kids full ones. They seem grand. the site got taken down at the time of the euros and seems like they’ve lost some of the quality they had.

Topi Don!

Really hope you're both right, and I think it's absolutely fair to say it would be weighing on him. But it is his role to take. He needs to grab it as we can't afford to have a misfiring no.9 when the subs aren't all that or ready either. Fingers crossed the helpful run we have, helps him build the confidence levels.
-
Sums it up well, Reekie. So sounds like a few others are coming round to my thoughts that sokler isn’t going to be up to it. It’s hard for him that we’re comparing him to Miovski rather than say, Duk, but that’s his job. He needs to step up. The good thing is, is that McGrath knows where the goal is and we’re actually scoring across the team, so buying him time. I’d rather we get someone else in though.
-
Desperately trying not to get excited by this guy. When I see the scarf above the head shot, then I’ll start believing! id still be peeved at £4m for miovski, but aye, as long as the sell on is mega, then so be it. He grabs the likes of Reals attention and who knows

Be interesting to see how the saints cope after their European qualifier this week. Didn’t have any impact on them last week, but the team were considerably shiter and valur weren’t that flash either. Regardless, saints come into this fixture with decent confidence, likewise we should have taken plenty of heart from the majority of our performance on Monday. Molloy was unlucky with his own goal and we really shouldn’t have conceded nor made Monday as nervy as it was. Any news on sokler? Wonder if Miovski will be gone as is rumoured. The subs may be key here, but that’s another concern in itself. Scoring early too as saints seemed to go up another gear after half time on the weekend. injuries permitting, can’t see much of a change to the first XI. out bed bed work 2-1 dons, think we might sneak this one. Shinnie and McGrath
-
Wouldn’t begrudge him, but think a year under a competent manager wouldn’t do him (or us) any harm at all.
-
A loan would do him good. Feels like we need to manage him carefully to ensure he doesn’t go the way of shankland and anderson etc when they were with us. 6 month loan to see how he goes in the championship would be ideal. Definitely not done anything wrong so far but he’s still very young.

St Johnstone v Aberdeen - new season optimism?
manc_don replied to OrlandoDon's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
I figured this is what you meant and agree. -
Amazed that they did this, especially given his record appears to be worse than Beales? But I guess he’s won a cup?
-
@tom_widdows will you be doing this seasons one?
-
Pleased for the saints. Killie mate was raging at their result, complete fuck up from McInnes in his eyes. Wrong line up, winnable tie and didn’t lay a glove. Sounds very familiar

I’m guessing this’ll be the same starting XI as the Dumbarton game providing there’ve been no injuries since. Keep forgetting we’re playing after the weekend though! No idea what to expect from this. The cup games whilst competitive, didn’t provide a high level of opposition, but u know there are swings and roundabouts to that. JT was able to test a couple of things. Really had hoped we would have a new striker by now though.
