Everything posted by Mackie's ace!

  1. Lots of folk heading to Rock Ness judging by the increased traffic when I was out in the car earlier. Better not be raining Sunday.
  2. Bye bye Seve?
  3. Interesting....
  4. He might not have a club by the time I move to Aberdeen.
  5. MFR said 20 degrees on Saturday, 24 on Sunday. (Although may be some light showers)
  6. Lovell's from Amersham (Bucks) I think. Bournemouth's awfy far away from Bishopbriggs.
  7. They patrol the beach.
  8. I'd probably be Mackie, I give 110% every time, but have a poor first touch but score important goals now and then. I'm also great to have around.
  9. You're not allowed to go back to your car until you leave though, so I'm not sure if that means one trip or not.
  10. Maybe Stevie will stay too!
  11. Harsh. It's the away teams who organise these games anyway, which is why they announce the details way before we do. I knew the date for the Buckie friendly last year a couple of months before the club announced it on the website.
  12. If you stay, you better try harder too.
  13. Did he not say a potential move depended on the play off results?
  14. Niculae won't be going anywhere until Euro 2008 is over.
  15. Often spotted (okay, once) in the pub the night before a game.
  16. He's giving up being best man at his cousin's wedding though.
  17. Lovell has 59 goals in playing for SPL clubs, Mackie has 53 (over a longer period).
  18. Has Mackie only had 4 chances all season?
  19. No, thought I'd ask about buses just to make some conversation.
  20. Too late, Lovell is gone.
  21. No need for a tent for me for Rock Ness. K - do you normally drive there? Has anyone ever got the bus? Does it really take 45 minutes like it says on the website? I'd be quicker walking...
  22. Andy Barrowman, prior to Ross County, failed to make an impact at Kilmarnock, QoS and somewhere in England, as well as not making it past the Birmingham City youth team (I think). Personally I think he may be worth a punt, but one season scoring lots of goals (in the 2nd division) does not make a player, see D. Mackie's infrequent seasons of scoring 10+ goals. He has English teams interested in him too, as well as a concrete offer from Inverness already I believe.
