For some reason I’ve been really struggling with depression the last few weeks. No reason for it as far as I can see, I like my job, my girls are good, no financial or health issues, it’s just when I have time on my own I seem to default to depression, withdrawing from things and completely lack enthusiasm. It’s a bastard of a thing but I least I’m not back drinking.
