Only one member of NATO has ever triggered article 5 to get other countries to come to their aid and that was the U.S. and NATO did. This includes Denmark who suffered the highest per capita casualty rate of any of the countries so to claim that U.S. gets nothing from other countries is laughable on that basis alone. Then look at the money the U.S. defence industries get from NATO members since its inception. It is again farcical to suggest no to financial benefit from this. The US already the right to increase number of troops in its bases in Greenland if they are worried about security and alleged increase Russian activity (same Russians his policies are assisting in Ukraine but that’s a different discussion) but it should be pointed out that NATO have said no Russian ships have been in Greenland waters for a number of years. This is nothing to do with security it’s all to do with the Poundland Mussolini wanting to be able to say he has made America greater again by expanding territory. He wants to get his face on Mount Rushmore like the other U.S. Presidents that have expanded the U.S. for his ego nothing more.
Dundee already rejected a 6 figure bid from Portsmouth for Luke Graham. At least one more English team interested as well as Dons. Think it looks a long shot we get him.
What a mental finish to the 90 minutes. Goal that was chopped off had me questioning the likelyhood of the ref having been bribed. Then the non penalty awarded had me convinced he had been bribed. Then all hell breaks loose with Senegalese players walking off. They eventually come out and Diaz tries to be a cheeky cunt/deliberately misses. Wild. Now Senegal 1-0 up in extra time.
Just realise that means we play Motherwell twice in 7 days.
ETA we play Celtic (H) on 4th, Motherwell (H) 7th or 8th, Arabs (A) 11th and Motherwell (A) on 14th.
Home tie against a lower league side would be ideal. If it is away not seen Dons play at Airdrie, Kelty Hearts and Queens Park so any of them although suspect getting tickets for Queens Park would be impossible.
Did wake early this morning and consider jumping on the train up but after a coffee came to my senses.
Assuming Cameron will start which probably means Clarkson dropping out. Would like to see us ditch the inverted wingers but cannot see Leven/Pfannenstiel doing that. If we are sticking with that system I would like to see Keskinen and Nisbet replace Milanovic and Lazetic although I do think we need pick a striker and run with him as the constant chopping and changing is not allowing either player to develop a run of form. Would expect Lobban to come back in at right back to allow Devlin to rest.
From Glasner’s post game comments about team being abandoned cannot see him being in charge for their next game.
With English press reporting serial manager sackers Spurs considering Thomas Franks position can see there being a few changes shortly.
Retard said Queens Park rejected offer from French second division side already.
Only seen him play once against Linlithgow in cup and he did score but don’t think he stood out as a player that could play at a higher level.
