  1. U18s beat Montrose 4-0 today to progress to 5th round of Youth cup.
  2. Hibs getting a bit of a doing off Motherwell with helping hand by VAR. Currently 2-0 down with Hanley off for a very soft looking last man challenge.
  3. As said previously I have already written off Europe in my head so would rather we rested key players for this and kept them for Sunday. Clearly not what Thelin will do. This is probably the easiest of the ties we have but they still look a decent side. Work means not able to make game so tv for me. oot work couch flat 2-1 Aouchiche and Lazetic
  4. Meant to add had forgotten what bigoted bastards there are in Hearts support. As vile as their Ibrox based cousins. Definitely not diets as folk call them.
  5. Was at both. Always felt that players were pissed off about way Thistle pissed about pretending to try and clear the pitch and took the frustrations out on them in replay. Was at 7-0 over Dundee as well.
  6. Great result but that was a hard watch at times. Cannot fault teams work rate but we struggled to retain ball and created little. Keskinen took his goal well but match winner was Jack Milne for block in second half. Subs as someone has already said were terrible. Made at wrong time and too many at once. Hearts even taking injuries into consideration did not look like a good side. They will get caught by Victims. Train back was fun. Think I was getting lynched if my phone “accidentally” played Joy Division one more time.
  7. That said Victims win it with only bit of quality in the game.
  8. Take it you have not been watching tonight’s St Mirren v Celtic game. Eye bleeding pish from both sides.
  9. If the Welsh and Irish are out also means less competition for flights.
  10. Thought we already had a head of recruitment
  11. Everyone but you basically. Feel we are struggling to find our best side. Recent changes have definitely made us look better defensively but we still do not look like scoring many goals as we do not create many chances. Would like to see us to try Lazetic and Nisbet as a pairing up front but doing that probably means dropping Karlsson or Armstrong. Really hope we can be ones to burst Hearts bubble but suspect we won’t. In train then pub Y pub then train 1-2 Nisbet with Dons goal.
  12. So play off picture
  13. That was another hard watch. I cannot see us winning either of the next two games. Play off secured but playing like this will probably not see us getting through. ETA - Journey back has been murder. Over 40 minutes to get a train back from Mount Florida and that was with leaving before full time. Standard Sunday service with no extra carriages. We really do not know how to run a piss up in a brewery in the country.
  14. Team screams safety first. Clarke just can’t help himself.
  15. I think the more pressing question is how bad is Kowalski’s hangover this morning.
  16. I think Rico is right that the Judas cunt is in as he is someone that coaching team have worked with in squads and U21 games so easier for them to call him up as he knows the set up. Do not expect him to get near the pitch.
  17. Probably line up I would go with but suspect Clarke will go with Ralston at right back. Also not sure Clarke will go with all three of the younger players in midfield and think he may have McLean in the middle with McTominay to start with. Connor Judas Barron and Josh Mulligan called up to replace the suspended players.
  18. Danny Rohl now seems to favourite. Only been manager at Sheffield Wednesday so used to dealing with bin fires but only an assistant elsewhere so cannot see him going down well with Orcs.
  19. Finished 2-2
  20. Dons 2-1 up at halftime with Teasdale getting both Dons goals.
  21. Team for game against Elgin City today Aberdeen: 1. Conner Douglas, 2. Dylan Lobban (C), 4. Lewis Carrol, 6. Cooper Masson, 8. Alfie Stewart, 9. Joseph Teasdale, 10. Tristan Stephen, 11. Zak To, 12. Aaron Cummings, 14. Jack Searle, 21. Sivert Heltne Nilsen Substitutes: 20. Conlan Waldron, 7. Samuel McLean, 15. Oliver Green, 16. JJ Hulse, 19. Bradley Chikomo
  22. Now a 3-0 defeat as Dons fielded an ineligible player. Frame played for Celtic B in completion already. £1,000 fine as well. https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/aberdeen-fc/6869476/aberdeen-ineligible-player-evolution-trophy/
  23. I genuinely have no idea how we won that. We were awful for huge chunks of the game. As Rico said Clarke got almost every call wrong but we somehow won 3-1. Makes a change to coming away wondering how we lost I suppose. ETA so now win on Sunday and Denmark beat Greece and we are guaranteed a play off plus a potential winners takes all game against Denmark at home for the group.
