Second dull game today as Croatia and Czechs draw 1-1. Was never a penalty for Czech goal.

Sweden win 1-0 over Slovakia. Not a great game but brightened up by Isak’s performance in second half. Real Sociedad will struggle to hold on to him.

Colombia v Venezuela finished 0-0 with Colombia playing last 6 minutes with 10 men. Hernandez got on in 88th minute. Not a bad results for Venezuela given their squad has been decimated by COVID.

Call me a cynic but a draw in that game more than likely puts both through on 4 points.

Dutch comfortably through to knockout phase winning 2-0 against an ordinary looking Austria. Our draw against them is looking like a really poor result.

It’s a set formula based on players length of time at the club, international caps and first team games from memory. Did have a link to explanation of how it’s calculated but cannot find it at the moment. Suspect £200k is about right given Ethan’s age and length of time at the club.

Everyone of the potential opponents plays summer football so not the greatest list of opponents. Sligo and Tobol are currently 2nd in their respective leagues so would really like to avoid them. Any travel to Belarus is painful in normal times but as you say just now it would be a logistical nightmare so that would be one to avoid as well.
