But that is the whole idea of the set up club have adopted is to have a style of place across all teams teams. This style is supposed to be set by the Director of Football and he is supposed to recruit coaches who will play that philosophy. I think Lutz Pfannenstiel was hired by club because he would implement the style the club are already trying to play so little chance we will move away from playing out from the back or inverted wingers sadly.
It’s an odd one. Not as if he had a history of making a quick impact at other clubs and might get them into Europe. Been out of work since sacked by Middlesbrough in the summer.

Think he is too weak for our league. Easily brushed off the ball and rarely wins a tackle. Would probably be best for both parties if Polvara moved on. MLS would be best move for him as not as physical as our league.
