  1. First of the rumours for upcoming transfer window. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/ross-stewart-targeted-aberdeen-derek-23162242 Stewart meets all our requirements in a striker - big, strong and does not score many goals. Campbell has impressed in games I have seen him in but would be surprised if he does not have offers from clubs in England.
  2. Another VAR failure. Clear and obvious error and not overturned.
  3. How this wasn’t a red card defies explanation.
  4. 5. Don’t see playing league games against Bohemians or Lyngby as progression myself.
  6. Comfortable victory for Dons today. Bit disappointed we never scored more but only a minor complaint. Good to get the win.
  7. Hernandez signing looks stranger and stranger with every passing week. Perfect opportunity to give him game time today. Got to think he will be out in January.
  8. Great finish from Curtis.
  9. Loads of the ball but creating very little. Don’t think their keeper has a save to make since the goal. Very similar to recent away game at Hamilton. Hope it doesn’t go the same way.
  10. 1-0 already - Main from a yard out.
  11. Main starts but not Ojo which is a boost.
  12. Road to Hampden stars today (actually started couple of weeks back for four clubs) Fixtures for today below. 13. Sticking this in here as it seems to be being pushed by our chairman. Not impressed with this at all. Basically us joining old firm and fucking off to leave rest of Scottish football behind. Anyone see a reason to back this? Apologies for the source. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dave-cormack-urges-celtic-u-23155910 As an aside the more I hear from Cormack the less I like.
  14. County looked extremely poor side last time we played them and while we are clearly not playing as well we should still have enough to win this. Then again I thought the same for last 3. Ferguson’s suspension probably means Ojo playing which isn’t ideal. Would like to see us try McLennan in beside Hedges as a replacement for Wright. Between the two of them they should be able to create enough chances for Cosgrove. Home game so at least the stream will be covered by the season ticket. Oot shopping TV Flat 2-0 Hedges and Cosgrove (pen)
  15. Devlin injured again and out for 3 months. Another player injured at our state of the art training facility. https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/aberdeen-fc/2723653/aberdeen-defender-devlin-suffers-fresh-injury-blow/
  16. Would rather have had one of the lower seeded teams to start to get points on the board early. Can see the top 4 teams all taking points off each other and this group coming down to who doesn’t fuck up against bottom two teams. Need to be winning all our home games to have a chance of qualifying. Not great set of fixtures for fans if we get to travel. Having to get out to Copenhagen then back to Glasgow then out to Vienna over space of 6 days will be an interesting logistical challenge.
  17. Sadly as an existing EU National working in the U.K. his right to remain is guaranteed. Nice try though. I like the creative thinking.
  18. Was the last time we got them. Missed that trip as dislocated my knee 3 weeks before. Denmark Austria SCOTLAND Israel Faroe Islands Moldova
  19. Faroes as 5th seed.
  20. Israel again.
  21. Scotland in with Denmark and Austria so far. Group F which is a 6 team group.
  22. FIFA fairly know how to drag out doing a draw.
  23. Draw for European qualifiers is today at 5pm. Scotland in pot 3. Full groups as follows: Pot 1: Belgium, France, England, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands Pot 2: Switzerland, Wales, Poland, Sweden, Austria, Ukraine, Serbia, Turkey, Slovakia, Romania Pot 3: Russia, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Czech Republic, Norway, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Scotland, Greece, Finland Pot 4: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Israel, Belarus, Georgia, Luxembourg Pot 5: Armenia, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Andorra Pot 6: Malta, Moldova, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, San Marino 5 groups of 6 teams and 5 of 5 teams. the following pairs of teams cannot be in the same group: Armenia & Azerbaijan Gibraltar & Spain Kosovo & Bosnia and Herzegovina Kosovo & Russia Kosovo & Serbia Ukraine & Russia Ten countries have been defined as venues with a risk of severe winter conditions and a maximum of two such countries can be drawn in the same group: Belarus Estonia Faroe Islands* Finland Iceland* Latvia Lithuania Norway Russia Ukraine *Iceland and the Faroe Islands have been identified as venues with the highest risk of severe winter conditions. Given that the March window will include three matchdays, and to limit the disruption to the group-match scheduling, they cannot be drawn into the same group.
  24. Celtic fans taking latest failure to win well again. IMG_7575.MP4 IMG_7574.MP4 IMG_7573.MP4
  25. Some goal from Son in Spurs v Arsenal game. Arteta looking like he might be gone as Arsenal will be 15th if they lose this. Kane has just made it 2-0 just on half time.
