Watching second of Gold Cup games. Canada currently 3-1 up on Martinique mid way through second half. Been some robust challenges from Martinique so far that I suspect would have resulted in a red in Europe.

Always strikes me as odd. Don’t trust a player to win you the game during normal play but do from penalties.
