Fact that McInnes went with a centre half at right back on Saturday rather than play Hernandez suggests there is something not right with him. Not seen enough of the boy to judge him but as Rico said he looked like he had never played right back when he made his debut and guessing that has continued in training for him not to be getting a look in when we need a replacement at right back or right wing back. Would not surprise me if he is moved on in the January window or put out on loan at least.

Their fans are taking it well.

Our midfield was completely overrun today. Some of those players need to be moved on. Leigh should not be offered an extension. Nowhere near good enough. Still cannot get my head round us paying a fee for Ojo. He offers fuck all. Slows game down needlessly and cannot tackle. Gives away so many stupid fouls. How can a supposedly defensive midfielder not be able to tackle. Main is another who manager tried to pay a fee for who is just shite. Never looks like scoring and his touch is awful. Hoping Cosgrove is still getting over injury but he looks every inch the player who was dropped just before lockdown. Campbell looked so weak. He really needs to get his finger out. He is miles behind McCrorie and Ferguson.

And then that happens. Fucking disgrace.

Dreadful performance in first half with Ojo, Campbell and Leigh being particularly bad. Very lucky to be 1-1. Substitutions are beyond explanation.

Hayes and McGinn both start with Taylor and Main dropping out. Assume Leigh moving into back 3 with Hoban and Considine.

Out for 6 weeks at least. Just when it looked like he was going to fulfil his potential. As you say lad has no luck.

When Kennedy stood out for St Johnstone it was as an out and out winger. I think he is struggling with the wing back role that we need him to play. He is another who suffers from McInnes’ square peg in round holes plan.

Could not get stream to work so was stuck with radio. Noticed Ojo’s name was either followed by “gives the ball away” or “commits the foul”. They were laughing at Main a couple of times during commentary. Sounded like Accies identified Hedges as our only threat and shut him down in the second half and were able to bully Campbell and Ojo easily in the middle of the park. As Dan says we should not be dropping points to Accies even with the injuries we have.

I took it that Leigh was moving to left wing back and Kennedy as right wing back to keep back 3.

Anyone manage to register for Accies PPV?

I had assumed Campbell is not fully fit as surely if he was then Ojo doesn’t start. For two defensive midfielders I don’t think Leigh or Ojo are offering any protection to the back line. Hedges has been our best player as you say.
