Shankland also out. https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/sport/lawrence-shankland-out-of-scotland-squad-with-ankle-injury/ I thought McBurnie played well for Sheffield United after restart so bit disappointed he is out.
-
Big win. Not as good in second half as we were in the first as we went into game management mode but still had enough to see them off. Agree with Sky that McCrorie was MoM.
-
Better team and as Tup says should be 2-0 up at least. Hopefully stay on front foot in 2nd half.
-
Hibs player confirmed as false positive so although he still self isolates game still goes ahead.
-
Here’s hoping he is the one that has had the positive COVID test. Infecting both Hibs and Tribute Act squads.
-
Grand final on BT Sport just now. Sydney v Melbourne City. ETA - Was not a good game. 0-0 after 90 minutes with Sydney winning 1-0 in extra time with a chested effort from close range.
-
Hibs will have cheek claiming that this season. From what I have seen of them they have been a similar style to us. Disagree with Tup on Jack Ross’ Sunderland side being defensive though. Saw them a few times under him and they were very attacking. Possibly overly so. Oh and who the fuck is Doyle?
-
You get conned as well. We were only going to look for a new helmet for her and came out with new bike instead. Will get stung for helmet today when I collect bike today no doubt. I think 3-5-2 on Thursday worked but as I said with McGeouch level of opposition may give us a false impression. Think McInnes will revert to type on Sunday despite as you have said elsewhere it being the system he seems to have been working towards.
-
Expect us to go back to 4 at the back on Sunday as we will need to deny Boyle space to run into. Would be tempted to move McCrorie to right back with central 2 of Considine and McKenna and have Hayes at left back. Thought McGeouch looked good on Thursday playing the holding role (yes I know opposition were poor) and he moves the ball much quicker than Ojo does. Hibs have not looked great, Livingston aside, so far but keep winning so can see this being close game. Can almost see in to Hibs ground from my flat so going to be a bit odd being this close and not attending the game. Oot Out with daughter on her new bike Flat Flat 1-1 Watkins

This. Was fully expecting the SFA to apply same punishment to all the players so very surprised to see them apply proportionate punishments based on seriousness of the actions. Supposed even a broken clock is right twice a day.
-
Cannot see it being a suspended sentence. They will be looking to make examples of players. I expect at least two game bans to be handed out. Whatever punishment is handed out Boli should get a more severe one. Bet he doesn’t though. Given JRGs comments about clubs procedures being above SFA guidelines there is no way the club should be getting punished for players breeching clubs rules.

Comfortable victory tonight but hard to judge the performance as they were very poor side. Would like to see Hedges start on Sunday. -

Hedges on for Main at half time. Surely not another injury. -

McCrorie could be right back and Hayes left back? -

Considine being back means we can move Hayes away from left back into a more forward position which will allow him to hopefully to influence the game a bit more. Assuming Main will start up front so our defence’s punts......I mean skilful long passes will have a target. -
Thing is when the Tribute Act were out of the top flight the clubs tried to vote through changes one club voted with Celtic to keep the status quo. Aberdeen are complicit in this state of affairs.

Despite promotion Elche sacked their coach today.

Agreed. Major rebuild required there. Too many players who are on the way down and others who have not reached the levels they have prior to joining Barcelona.
