  1. Missing this again. Not giving the robbing cunts £30 for a restricted view ticket or a to watch us play our usual negative style against the Dims. Really hope I am wrong but can see us losing by 3 or 4 again even if we do sit in. Oot Travelling south Morecambe v Newport County Travelling north. 3-0 no dons scorer.
  2. If exit poll is correct then we are fucked. With a majority of 86 there is no chance Boris will grant a another independence referendum. Boris with size of the majority will run this country for the good of the rich at the expense of the poor.
  3. Forgot to book trains for this and as they are now wanting over £40 for the train combined with growing apathy going to give this a miss. Would like to see Vyner and Gallagher dropped but would expect both to play. Hamilton were poor when we played them at the end of October but we struggled to a 1-0 win. Expecting no different again. Oot Xmas Shopping Local non league game Flat 1-0 McGinn
  4. Today showed the lack of real quality in our squad. Once Ferguson was booked we lost all drive in the middle of park. We have no creativity in the team. Again it was long balls into the channels or for Cosgrove to try and hold up. We desperately need to get in some creativity in January. Substitutions were bizarre to say the least especially with us only being 1-0 at the time. Changes were always going to expose our back line to the counter attack. In Main and Gallagher we have two of the worst players I have see playing in the top flight.
  5. For anyone heading down Hibs are doing a food bank drive in connection with Edinburgh Helping Hands. There will be a collection point at the away end. https://mobile.twitter.com/edihelpinghands?lang=en If we play like we did in last 60 minutes on Wednesday then should see Hibs off easily enough. Play like we did in the first 30 and we will be in the shite. In Flat then 2 minute walk to ground Away end 2 minute walk back to flat 2-0 McKenna and Cosgrove
  6. From what I saw of Saturday from the highlights I can only see us losing by a large number of goals on Wednesday. Another home game I will be giving a miss. Might watch on tv but can see me turning over to Italian of French games on other channels before half time. Oot Work Flat Flat 4-0 no dons scorer.
  7. If by some fluke Scotland qualify we are in with England Croatia and Czech Republic.
  8. Arsenal fan I know is desperate for them to get Rodgers but said yesterday there is no chance Rodgers will take the job as too many issues on and off the field at Arsenal. He reckons they will get Eddie Howe from Bournemouth.
  9. Vyner and Gallagher in for Devlin and Logan. Assuming Vyner at RB and Leigh moving to left back. Considine and McKenna in the middle. Main also dropped to bench with Campbell coming into midfield.
  10. After last weeks dross could not motivate myself to head up the road today. Probably means we will win 4-0. Folk advocating return of Taylor need their heads seeing to. Better playing with 10 than giving that clown a game. Out Daughters dance classes Local non league games all off so soccer Saturday for me or Hibs v Killie. Flat 2-0 Cosgrove McGinn
  11. Guess it will depend who our new American overlords have surplus to requirements in Atlanta’s reserves.
  12. Great draw for us. Home game against a lower league team should see us through as long as we approach the game in a professional manner. What a draw for Broxburn. Only joined the pyramid two seasons ago. Hopefully they get one of tv slots so as they can make as much money as possible from the tie and allow them to develop Albyn Park further.
  13. Thought we controlled the game in the first half while creating little and not playing well. We have no creation in the middle of the park. Our only out ball was either lumping it out wide for McGinn or Hedges to chase or aimless punts to Cosgrove or the very ineffective Main. Why McInnes decided to try and game manage against the team bottom of the league at 1-0 is beyond me. It allowed St Johnstone back into the game and when they scored it looked like they would go on to win it until they completely lost the plot. As an aside the general quality of football in the game was dreadful from both teams with a large number of unforced errors. Scottish football really is pish.
  14. Would expect us to go with same team as last time out against County. Also expect St Johnstone to provide far tougher opposition. In Minibus up and a beer maybe. North Stand Minibus back to Capital 2-0 Ferguson and McGinn
  15. Beat Israel in the nations league at Hampden so would like to think we will beat them again. Don’t think we have any chance of winning in either Oslo or Belgrade.
  16. Draw for the play offs is Friday. Apparently we will know who we are playing and if we are at home or away for the final after that all though not quite sure even UEFA understand how this whole play off thing is going to work.
  17. Last night the Spurs fans were saying that they did not want Pochettino sacked and definitely did not want Mourinho or his brand of football coming in. Massive gamble by Spurs board as if this does not work quickly can see their being a lot of empty seats at their expensive new stadium.
  18. Bryson is supposed to be back for this one so would expect him to come back in. County are the worst team I have seen us play in the league this season so should be looking to win this comfortably however as I am travelling 4 hours on the train to get to the game you can guarantee we will make a tit of it. Supposedly a big Dons support heading up. In Ridiculously early train then beers in Inverness and Dingwall Away end Beers then train back to Capital. 3-0 Cosgrove (pen) Hedges and McGinn.
  19. Squad for Cyprus and Kazakhstan games. Goalkeepers Craig MacGillivray (Portsmouth) David Marshall (Wigan Athletic) Jon McLaughlin (Sunderland) Defenders Liam Cooper (Leeds United) Michael Devlin (Aberdeen) Declan Gallagher (Motherwell) Scott McKenna (Aberdeen) Stephen O’Donnell (Kilmarnock) Liam Palmer (Sheffield Wednesday) Andrew Robertson (Liverpool) Greg Taylor (Celtic) Midfielders Stuart Armstrong (Southampton) Ryan Christie (Celtic) John Fleck (Sheffield United) Ryan Jack (Rangers) John McGinn (Aston Villa) Callum McGregor (Celtic) Kenny McLean (Norwich City) Scott McTominay (Manchester United) Forwards Oliver Burke (Alaves)* James Forrest (Celtic) Ryan Fraser (AFC Bournemouth) Oliver McBurnie (Sheffield United) Steven Naismith (Hearts) Lawrence Shankland (Dundee United)
  20. Headingbottom sacked by Hibs.
  21. Good win but didn’t think we played that well. Main looked good but have to to put that into perspective of him being up against make shift centre backs in a woeful looking Killie team. Main looked good for Well in a similar situation against us. Move for first goal was great especially the cross from Ferguson. Killie fans on the train were not pleased with their teams performance and were suggesting they have been poor for a while.
  22. Hopefully this will be a better game than the 0-0 shitfest at Rugby park in August. Not sure if Bryson with his ankle injury will be fit for this but if he is would be tempted to go with the same team as started on Wednesday night although I would be tempted to drop Vyner if one of the other central midfielders is fit. Killie supposedly struggling for centre halfs for this one due to injury and suspensions although they are appealing Bruce's red card from Wednesday. In Train then pub Y Train back to the capital 2-0 Ferguson and Hedges
  23. Highlights missed out a few Dons chances including an easy one that Cosgrove missed in the first half before we scored and penalty shout in second half where Hamilton player handled the ball. Think they showed every chance Hamilton had. Was a lot more one sided than those highlights suggest.
  24. From highlights it looked some game between Liverpool and Arsenal last night. 5-5 with some cracking goals from both teams.
  25. Thought we were comfortable without really excelling tonight. Thought McGinn was best Dons player. Ferguson took goal well and looked better than he has for a while. Bryson rolled his ankle and was taken off as a precaution according to McInnes on radio after the game.
