Ancelotti sacked by Bayern despite winning 70% of the games while he was in charge.
-
Tims winning 3-0 in Belgium tonight. They will probably qualify for Europa League now. Only bright spot was Brown going off injured.
-
Can see it being another shitfest. Saints have our number so can see us going with a very similar formation to Sunday. In Lift then pub Y Pub then inlaws for tea 1-0 Saints

Not a manger but Russel Anderson has been appointed assistant manager at Formartine United.

Just in case any one missed it semi final draw was Saturday 21/10 - Hibs v Celtic Sunday 22/10 - Tribute Act v Motherwell
-
Only last month the Houston was being touted for the Hearts job.
-
This. 4 central defenders and no width in midfield. Assuming it's a 3-5-2 but it could be anything.
-
Would expect Brora to beat Civil. They are currently 9th in Lowland League. Nice set up there with two cover terraces on one side. Good sized social club as well.
-

1st round results Banks ODee 4 Huntly 0 Brora 5 Girvan 0 Civil Service Strollers 2 Strathspey Thistle 1 Clachnacuddin 8 Fort William 0 Colville Park 2 Cumbernauld Colts 1 Deveronvale 3 Hawick Royal Albert 1 Edinburgh Univ 2 Lossiemouth 1 Edusport Academy 1 Rothes 1 Formartine United 2 Turriff United 1 Fraserburgh 2 Forres Mechanics 1 Gala Fairydean 0 Keith 2 Glenafton Athletic 4 Threave Rovers 0 Lothian Thistle 3 Inverurie Loco Works 2 Nairn County 1 Whitehill Welfare 0 Selkirk 4 Gretna 2008 0 Wick Academy 2 Stirling University 2 Only real shock is LTHV beating Locos. Banks of Dee again showing how ludicrous the decision to leave them out of Highland League was.

After Thursday I think I will give this a miss tomorrow and just watch on TV. Would like to think we will start with Arnason at the back as he at least challenged Moult when he came on. I would be tempted to go with the back 4 Willie Miller suggested on the radio of Logan Arnason Considine and Shinnie. No idea who will be in the midfield as they were all shite on Thursday but Ball has to be returned to the bench or ideally Rotherham. Still think we need to go with 2 up front of Rooney and May. They need time to form an understanding but once they do they will score goals. This is where McInnes needs to show his worth and get a reaction from the team. Oot just now but may change my mind yet Flat or Train Flat or away end Flat or train back to Capital. Could be another defeat 2-0 Well.
-
That had been coming sadly. We have not been playing well for a while and it was only the poor standard of opposition that has prevented us from losing before now. Motherwell bullied us from the off and not one of our players looke capable of standing up to them. Cannot understand why McInnes changed the back 4 as it was one of the bright spots from Saturday. Two awful mistakes from Joe which has been unlike him in his time here. Ball looks every inch a last munute panic signing.Very poor. Shinnie had another poor game to go with Saturday's. Really need to improve quickly as we have a difficult run of games ahead of us.
-
Hibs through to semi finals after beating Franchise FC 3-2. Tribute Act need extra time to get passed Thistle 3-1. Tribute Act's progress means our league game at Snake Mountain will be moved as it clashes with League Cup semis.
-
Not looking forward to this one at all. Very unimpressed with the performance at the weekend and Motherwell look to be finding form. Hopefully Maynard experiment is at an end as he offers nothing. Would much rather we stuck with Rooney and May as a top 2. As Bobby said think there is potential for them to score a lot of goals playing together if we give them time to develop a partnership. In Lift through and hopefully time for a pint Lower Away stand Lift back to capital 2-1 Dons May and winner from Rooney coming off the bench
-
Really need to start playing a settled team. Would like to see us give Rooney and May another shot up front together as think there is potential for a prolific partnership there. Killie look very poor as well so should be looking to win by a few. In Train then pub Y Pub then train 4-0 May 2 & Ronney 2.
-
Well that was shite. A number of players not at the races today but thankfully Lewis was not one of them. He stopped us taking a hiding today.
-
1st round proper draw Wick v Stirling Uni Selkirk v Gretna Edusport v Rothes Banks o'Dee v Huntly Spartans v Vale of Leithen Gala v Keith Fraserburgh v Forres LTHV v Inverurie Edinburgh Uni v Lossiemouth Clachnacuddin v Fort William Glenafton v Threave / Glasgow Uni Brora v Girvan Nairn v Whitehill Colville v Cumbernauld Deveronvale v Hawick Formartine v Turriff Civil Service Strollers v Strathspey BSCG v Dalbeattie

Correct Better performance last night. Thought Robertson, McArthur and Phillips were the standouts. Forrrest was only negative. Cannot understand why he keeps getting picked. Draw against Lithuania at home is even more annoying now.
-
Brechin are a championship side this season so not going to get him much higher than that
-
As they are development loans and both are 18 and 19 respectively I would guess not. It is more a case of getting first team experience for them.
-
McLennan out on loan to Brechin and Anderson out on loan to Elgin. Both development loans.
-
Football Junkie. Try to find a game to go to whenever I am away or at a lose end. For example heading to Lancaster City v Staleybridge Celtic on Monday.
-
In Some pub in West End Section 2 Train back to Capital 2-0 McLean and May
