  1. In article I read McInnes said Reynolds would not play on plastic pitch on Tuesday but that Hoban would play. Also said Devlin was at least 10 days away from returning which is what he has said in every interview since Devlin got injured in November.
  2. As well as two points looks like game has also cost us Scott McKenna for a couple of weeks. Hamstring tightness according to McInness in papers.
  3. Hibs players respond to Lebanon’s suspension by winning 3-1 in Paisley. Tribute Act currently 1-0 against Livingston. ETA Tribute Act won 3-0 in the end. Comfortable win against a Livingston side who did not play with the same intensity as they did before the break.
  4. Poor game. Neither side showed any real desire to win the game. No urgency shown when on the ball. That’s twice I have seen Stewart since he came back and although he has had some nice touches I am yet to be convinced bringing him back was a good idea. Cannot see where he fits into the team. 2 points dropped.

SSN reporting a bust up at a team meeting as the reason for his suspension.

Hibs fans claiming he has been suspended.
  7. Thierry Henry sacked after only 3 months by Monaco and replaced by Jardim the manager sacked to allow Henry the job in the first place. All very odd.
  8. Man United beating Arsenal 3-1 in FA cup. Solskjaer doing his chance of getting job on a permanent basis no harm again.
  9. Ayr currently 1-0 up on Arabs. Go back top of the league if the hold out.
  10. I thought he would struggle down there as he is not the most physically imposing of players and league one in England is a very physical league. Move to Arabs might be best thing for him. That’s Arabs now got 4 ex Dons with Fyvie, Smith and Clark all there.
  11. Looking forward to this one. Killie are going to come up with a bit of grudge to settle over the Stewart transfer and we are on a good run of form so should result in a cracking game. Killie will provide a far stiffer test than Hamilton so cannot see us going with May Stewart and Cosgrove. Would expect McGinn to come in for one probably Stewart. In Train/lift then pub Y Train back to Capital 2-1 McGinn and GMS
  12. You are correct. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwj989WijofgAhWNRxUIHTeNAo4QzPwBegQIARAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailyrecord.co.uk%2Fsport%2Ffootball%2Ffootball-news%2Fscottish-cup-tv-ties-revealed-13900745&psig=AOvVaw2HuY5a_hUPKotBZjWFPrNI&ust=1548443120893310
  13. Is that because it is on TV?
  14. Professional performance at a venue we normally struggle at. Agree we started poorly and if Joe had not touched a header on to the bar in first 10 minutes it may have had a different outcome. However once we got in front there was only going to be one winner. Results elsewhere have set up a massive game on Saturday against Killie. ETA: Clearly Ferguson that scored the third but PA annoncer at the ground awarded it to Cosgrove!
  15. Thought Gleeson played well at Livingston when he came on. Would be surprised if we got shot of him just yet.
  16. Stewart beat me to it. https://www.afc.co.uk/2019/01/22/chris-forrester/
  17. Cardiff City new signing Emiliano Sala involved in plane crash in the channel. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-guernsey-46954922
  18. These would be my main two objections. Christie deal should and subsequent cup winning goal should be putting us off any further loans from teams in our own league unless it’s a try before you buy set up. Should also say your last point also has merit.
  19. AFC saying that they are still to hear from Stenhousemuir on arrangements for the replay. Edit supporters club got ticket order form through tonight. Adult tickets are ÂŁ15 for terrace. No mention of any stand tickets or how many we are getting.
  20. Back to league business on Wednesday at a venue where we have struggled in the past. Would assume that even if they are fit Devlin and Hoban will not be risked on the plastic carpet at Accies so would expect the same team as Saturday to go again. To be a tropical -2 on Wednesday. In Train then hopefully a beer near the ground Away end Hopefully a lift back to the capital if not then train 2-0 McGinn and Stewart
  21. Full 5th round draw. Ross County v Inverness Caledonian Thistle Hibernian v Raith Rovers Kilmarnock v Cowdenbeath or Rangers Heart of Midlothian v Auchinleck Talbot St Mirren v Dundee United East Fife v Partick Thistle Aberdeen or Stenhousemuir v Dundee or Queen of the South Celtic v St Johnstone
  22. Maybe it was sight of Dele Alli limping off just before goal.
  23. They do. One of worst I have seen and will probably be as much of a leveller as the heavy pitch was last time around.
  24. 4th Round Results Aberdeen 1 v 1 Stenhousemuir Auchinleck Talbot 1 v 0 Ayr United Celtic 3 v 0 Airdrieonians Cowdenbeath v Rangers - postponed Dundee 1 v 1 Queen of the South East Fife 2 v 1 Greenock Morton Inverness Caledonian Thistle 4 v 0 East Kilbride Heart of Midlothian v Livingston - played today Hibernian 4 v 0 Elgin City Kilmarnock 2 v 0 Forfar Athletic Montrose 0 v 4 Dundee United Motherwell 1 v 2 Ross County Partick Thistle 4 v 1 Stranraer Raith Rovers 3 v 0 Dunfermline Athletic St Johnstone 2 v 0 Hamilton Academical St Mirren 3 v 2 Alloa Athletic Great results for Talbot, Raith and County. Talbots result probably taking shock of the round title away from Stenny for their draw at Pittodrie. Draw for the 5th round is after Hearts v Livingston game today.
