  1. Usually struggle to get away for Friday night games but as the office is closing at 1 this week I will be making it through. No idea how the team will line up but however it does we have to get a win to try and build a bit of confidence ahead of Tynecastle. Would not want to go there behind the Gorgie minks. Hopefully Rooney is back in as not convinced by Stockley at all especially in the loan striker role. In Couple of pubs from the station to the ground Away end Train back to the capital 2-0 Rooney and Hayes.
  2. That's second pretty much gone. Really need to start winning soon or this could become a fucking horrible season. McInnes needs to get a grip with the constant tinkering with line ups and formations.
  3. Hibs sign Kris Commons on a 28 day emergency loan as they have 3 players injured. How 3 players injured justifies an emergency loan is beyond me.
  4. As Scotrail wanted over £60 for the train not making this one. Hopefully we stick with same back 4 from Tuesday but I really do not see it with Stockley so hope we go back to Rooney up front or give Storey a try. Oot Cumbernauld visiting friends Clyde v Edinburgh City Train back to Edinburgh 2-1 Dons Stockley with both to prove me wrong.
  5. Just seen the highlights the ref was awful. Missed 4 or 5 obvious decisions.

Vast majority of the crowd are British and Germans. You do not need to have played a sport to enjoy it. Might give you a better understanding having played but only marginal.

4 games now confirmed as Saints @ Miami - Wembley Ravens @ Jaguars - Wembley Vikings @ Browns - Twickenham Cardinals @ Rams - Twickenham Wembley games are 24th September and 1st October and Twickenham games are 22nd and 19th October.
  8. No idea what this will be like but we must win. Cannot afford to give the Tribute Act anymore encouragement. Oot - mid week games are impossible on public transport. Workin Radio Flat 2-0 Rooney and McLean
  9. Well it was as bad as the opening game of the season. We have no idea how to break them down. Horrible feeling we are going to finish behind the Tribute Act as well now.
  10. Would like to see us keeping McGinn, Jack and Considine but would expect Jack to move on. Not sure it would be best for Pawlett's own development to stay as can only see him being a bit part player now. Taylor should be told he is free to find another club in January. Never rated him and feel he unsettles the other defenders around him as they are having to constantly watch him for his inevitable fuck up as well as look to see what the opposition are doing.
  11. Cannot be any worse than the opening game of the season. Hopefully we keep Shinnie at left back but would not be surprised to see McInnes move him into midfield to try and counter St Johnstone. In Pub in town Y Pub 1-1 Rooney
  12. No surprise that first connection to this in Scotland involves those loveable rogues and all round victims of unjust persecution Glasgow Celtic FC.
  13. Interestingly UEFA are taking no action against Manchester City. Usually the home club is charged for failure of security but in this instance blame has been laid squarely at victim FCs door.
  14. Prices announced for the cup tie against Stranraer. http://www.afc.co.uk/mobile/news/8882.php £15 is decent price and will hopefully mean we get a good crowd.
  15. No was already at Newcastle when Benitez arrived. Started out at Arabs and was head of their youth development programme.
  16. Ian Cathro appointed as Hearts manager to replace Neilson.
  17. We should go back to the team that played against Thistle and Caley, minus the suspended Jack, but not convinced that McInnes will do that. With Jack suspended would like to see Storie given a run beside McLean in the middle but again suspect that is unlikely to happen. Really need to win this or can see us going on a run of defeats like we did last October. Oot Work Flat Flat 1-0 McGinn
  18. Some cunt that will play Shinnie at left back.

Ravens v Jaguars all but confirmed as second of 4 IS games in London next year.
  20. As others have said would like us to go back to the set up used in the two games prior to Sunday's shambles. Hearts showed last night that the Tribute Act are a poor side and when attacked will fall apart. Sadly I have no faith in DM to put us out to attack them. I suspect he will go for the same set up as the league game at Pittodire where we gave them far to much of the ball. In / out: oot Prematcher: train to Arbroath Match: Arbroath v Edinburgh City Post-matcher: train back to the capital Prediction: 1-1 blowing best opportunity to win at that shite hole in 25 years.
  21. Think folk are being a bit unfair on Rooney. He hardly got a pass on Sunday we were so out of the game. As Bobby said if Rooney was missing loads of chances then I could understand folk saying he should be dropped but he not. Would agree that we should switch to 4-4-2 though.
  22. This is the bit I don't understand. If this was the first time that we had tried this formation then fair enough bad call move on but to go back to a formation that had already resulted in 2 defeats was criminal especially when he changed the team from one that was winning. Team had looked so much more balanced with Shinnie at left back.
  23. Full 4th round draw https://mobile.twitter.com/ScottishFA/status/803315581063757824/photo/1
  24. Stranraer or East Kilbride home for Dons.
  25. Well beaten and can have no complaints. Formation wrong from the off. Left as soon as the victims scored their second. I am a poor uber fan.
