  1. Better 2nd half performance and maybe should have had a penalty when Hutton was brought down in box. Thought Ross McCormack and Anya played well. McLean had a decent chance but missed.
  2. No idea how we have got to half time 1-0 up. Czechs have missed numerous chances.
  3. Premier Sport are showing it.
  4. That interview just confirms what an utter clown McGhee is. Also suggests he and the ginger clown will be gone sooner rather than later. If they honestly think Mulgrew is a better player than Shinnie then there is no chance they will put together a team capable of getting out of the group.
  5. Happily have Considine as one of the central defenders and McGinn has to be in the team although I would have him in the hole behind Rooney. Edit: Should have said I would have Jack in the middle beside McLean. Captain should be Shinnie. Would happily see Brown, Taylor, Reynolds, Flood, Pawlett and Robson shown the door and replacements brought in. Would offer Robson a coaching role however.
  6. Lucky you being home. To add insult to injury all direct trains to Edinburgh have been cancelled so I am currently getting the grand tour of Lanarkshire and Mid Lothian. Cunt of a day.
  7. By god Wales must be desperate.
  8. Oh well we were never winning the league anyway. Lack of squad depth has done for us in the end as to many running on empty today. Brown was always capable of a game like today and should have been emptied last summer. Taylor and Reynolds were awful again. As for Robson what a stupid cunt. Act of total idiocy from our most experienced player that ensured we lost the game. At least Hearts lost.
  9. Motherwell did not agree a postponement prior to Copenhagen game. They refused and gubbed us 3-0. Cunts better not get this game called off as I have tickets. In Train then Dalzeil Bowling club Lower away end Train 2-1 Dons McGinn and McLean
  10. St Mirren fan I know says Shankland is one of their better players this year and has only really started getting a run in the team under Rae.
  11. Not so sure it was the majority. There were a fair number not joining in.
  12. Can see this being a game where we need to be patient as Killie will come up to sit in and try to frustrate us. We should however have enough to beat this team as Killie are the worst team in the league. Oot Flat Radio/Soccer Saturday Edinburgh City v East Kilbride 2-0 Dons McLean and Hayes
  13. Scotland squad to face Czech Republic Goalkeepers Scott Bain (Dundee) Allan McGregor (Hull City) Defenders Christophe Berra (Ipswich Town) Gordon Greer (Brighton and Hove Albion) Alan Hutton (Aston Villa) Russell Martin (Norwich City) Charlie Mulgrew (Celtic) Andrew Robertson (Hull City) Steven Whittaker (Norwich City) Midfielders Ikechi Anya (Watford) Barry Bannan (Sheffield Wednesday) Darren Fletcher (West Bromwich Albion) Kevin McDonald (Wolverhampton Wanderers) Kenny McLean (Aberdeen) Matt Phillips (Queens Park Rangers) Robert Snodgrass (Hull City) Forwards Steven Fletcher (Olympique de Marseille*) Steven Naismith (Norwich City) Tony Watt (Blackburn Rovers**) Scotland squad to face Denmark Goalkeepers Craig Gordon (Celtic) David Marshall (Cardiff City) Defenders Ikechi Anya (Watford) Liam Cooper (Leeds United) Gordon Greer (Brighton and Hove Albion) Grant Hanley (Blackburn Rovers) Charlie Mulgrew (Celtic) Kieran Tierney (Celtic) Steven Whittaker (Norwich City) Midfielders Liam Bridcutt (Leeds United*) Scott Brown (Celtic) Oliver Burke (Nottingham Forest) James Forrest (Celtic) John McGinn (Hibernian) Jamie Murphy (Brighton and Hove Albion) Matt Ritchie (Bournemouth) Forwards Steven Fletcher (Olympique de Marseille*) Leigh Griffiths (Celtic) Chris Martin (Derby County) Good to see McLean called up but No Shinnie is a farce. And as for Gordon Greer....
  14. Not a great performance but a great result. Agree with Bobby's comments on Church. Contributed square root of fuck all but scored. Will take that to end of the season from him. McLean really needs to start scoring goals. He keeps getting into good positions then fucking up. Rest of his game is fine. That was the sort of result that teams that win leagues dig out when they do not play well.
  15. Quarter finals weekend. Tribute Act currently 1-0 up Dundee. Ross County v United later today with Hibs v Caley and Victim FC v Morton tomorrow.
  16. Livi Reds looking at running a bus to Partick on the 8th. Bus would depart Livingston at 6pm. If anyone interested drop me a pm and I pass on contact details.
  17. Pawlett broke his arm during United game apparently. Out for a good few weeks.
  18. Yes. Even in the 4th division in England it's still full time professional league where as in the seaside leagues its part time teams and even an amateur side. There is a massive difference between the level of competition a player would be facing.
  19. Good win but could and should have been more if it was not for some woeful finishing from Church and McLean especially. Have to say Robson was excellent tonight which is not something I was expecting to be saying when I heard he was playing at 7pm. Arabs had chances and Scott Brown produced a couple of excellent saves near the end. Nervous finish due to not taking chances.
  20. Fans of Victim FC at there finest. On aside note the blaming of referees by some Dons fans for our recent run of results has been bordering on this level of paranoia.
  21. This.
  22. Falkirk now only point behind Hibs. If Hibs finish 3rd that means 3 play off ties (6 games). Not a chance they are winning them all. They are going to be a first division side next year. No way they can continue paying wages they are if that is the case. Can see them being in deep trouble next season.
  23. County beating Killie 2-0 currently. If Arabs win tomorrow they are 5 points behind Killie with a game in hand. Great escape could be on.
  24. Not looking forward to this one. United seem to have turned things around of late and have put together some decent results. We are not playing well at the back and injuries to Rooney and Hayes are hurting us up front. Not addressing squad weaknesses in January is really coming home to roost now. Taylor desperately needs dropped but just cannot see the manger doing it. I would go with McGinn through the middle to replace Rooney. Church does not look like a player that will get you regular goals. In Boozer near ground Shed Lift back to Capital - cheers OD. 2-1 Arabs. McLean for Dons.
  25. Church did okay. Scored but could have hardly missed. Worked hard but only really had one other chance which he maybe should have scored but will need to see again to be certain as was at opposite end. Cannot see him replacing Rooney's goals. Just does not look a natural goal scorer.
