  1. Decision has been reversed according to the Scotsman. All game now to be on the Saturday apparently.
  2. Apparently SPFL have done a Uturn on final day fixtures in the 1st division. All games will be on the Saturday. Wonder if this is what Jackson was meaning.
  3. Killie currently winning 1-0 at Parkhead!
  4. The obvious and sensible option is for the system to be scraped but as its a status thing and it keeps the UK's seat on the UN security council no Westminster government will ever get rid. As no UK government will ever get rid I would like to see the SNP push for the Trident boats to be relocated to somewhere in the home counties and replaced by the fleet subs or the surface fleet moved to the Faslane and Rosyth to counter any job losses.
  5. Out Cleaning windows at flat Dalkeith Thistle v Dundee North End or Spartans v Threave Flat 4-0 Rooney double McGinn and Shankland
  6. Would like to have had the chance to play Celtic first and really put the shits up them by winning. Having to go to Dens again is a pain but maybe this time we will learn from previous mistakes and put the game to bed when on top.
  7. Madrid derby tonight. From first 5 minutes it looks like it's going to be a cracking game.
  8. John Morgan has retired I think.
  9. Keeper is a must as both are not reliable enough. Both have cost us games this year. As others have said would think a new CH is a must possibly two as still think most are being to charitable to Ash "bomb scare" Taylor. Mind you if Shinnie does go to left back it does free up Considine to play CH. Agree with Bobby that I would like to see McGinn playing behind Ronney the in the middle. Having said the above other than a keeper the rest is just tinkering and do think that with a quality keeper we will have a squad next season that really could push Celtic all the way.
  10. Rooney for me with Considine and Hayes just behind.
  11. Give us a shout over the weekend when your up for watching game. Not making this one either. Pish kick off time makes it way to easy to sit in pub and watch this on TV. Oot Flat Pub somewhere Edinburgh Wolves American Football game at Meadowbank 2-0 Rooney double.
  12. Booked up two trips this year. Heading to Portugal for a week in October around the Scotland game. Then heading to San Francisco at the end of November for 12 days. Looking forward too them already.
  13. Agree with comments on Qatar but as it is being played 2 minutes from my house I will probably end up going.
  14. They will make the play offs but hopefully fact that Queen of the South have gubbed them twice at Palmerston means they will lose in the play offs,
  15. Scotland have confirmed a friendly against those giants of the World game Qatar on the 5th of June at Easter Road. Wonder if SFA got a nice brown envelope like the FIFA Executive Comittee to take on a game the could actual harm our world ranking for next World Cup draw.
  16. Is the correct response. Also be nice to see Dundee keeping Accies out so that Tic would be only west coast team in top 6.
  17. Leave them free to make an informed choice of supporting the Dons or going to the orphanage.
  18. Shows what I know as Langfield is dropped for Brown. Midfield of Robson and Flood makes me suspect we maybe happy with the draw.
  19. Totally Manc. Violence is common at most of their league and international home games as well as racist chanting. The awarding of world cups to both Russia and Qatar is just further evidence of how corrupt FIFA is.
  20. Total rugby town. I have been to a few games down there and crowds were woeful even though tickets were cheaper than what we charge at Pittodrie. Soon be back in the 4th division where they belong.
  21. Wonder if the Tribute Act will have a minutes silence to mark his passing when they play Rovers on Sunday.
  22. Would be surprised if McInnes dropped a keeper who kept a clean sheet at the weekend.
  23. Goram Van Bronckhurst Narey Heggarty Malpas Laudrup Bannon Brown DiCannio Larrson Caniggia
  24. Well that was shite. Very poor back to front. Conditions played a part in that but would say our tactics were largely to blame. Reverted to long balls far to quickly yesterday as we did against Dundee. Flood starting was a waste of time. Not a reflection on Floods efforts but against Thistle we do not need a player of his style. Should have been a straight 4-4-2 yesterday. As others have said could not believe the stick Langfield took yesterday. Do not think he did much wrong yesterday in fact bailed out Renynolds and Taylor a couple of times with good saves. However neither Langfield or Brown is good enough and we really need to get a decent keeper in this summer. Really hope we are not going to suffer the same run of form as this time last year but is beginning to look like we are.
