  1. Hearts and Saints draw as well. Good results all round for Dons today. Add bonus of hopefully helping send Killie on their way out the league.
  2. Agree with Manc I do not think we should change a winning team and should go with the same line up if everyone fit. With Killie having a plastic pitch we maybe forced to make changes as we have a couple of players who have suffered knee injuries in the past and might not be risked on this surface. Killie look pish and we should be looking to win by a few. Oot Finishing the Xmas shopping Edinburgh City v Cumbernauld Colts Meal in town 3-0 Rooney double and Hayes
  3. As long as Milne means that the tribute act and Hibs return via the correct sporting method i.e. winning promotion then I have no issue with this but given Doncaster's recent comments about a 14 team league I suspect he is not and is talking nothing more than getting the biggot pound back by whatever means necessary.
  4. Alex Miller already in place so would have thought they will just give him the job full time.
  5. As the ball was not travelling towards a Dons player or the goal it is not deemed to be a bookable offence. Had to look it up myself as was convinced it should have been but saw the above explanation being given as to why it was not. Copy of FIFA rule below Cautionable Offense A handball should result in a yellow card caution if a player handles the ball for the purpose of deliberately preventing an opponent from getting possession of the ball. The resulting restart to play should be a direct free kick from the spot at which the infringement was committed for the non-offending side. If this occurs inside the penalty area, a penalty should be awarded. - See more at: http://www.livestrong.com/article/123838-fifa-soccer-rules-handball/#sthash.ldnQq7og.dpuf
  6. Exactly. That was a throw back to Hearts teams of the 80s. They could easily have finished game with 9 men.
  7. Doncaster saying a 14 team league for next season. http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/competitions/premiership/14-team-premiership-could-be-brought-in-for-2016-17-1-3970519 This set up would probably finish me with Scottish Football. Looks like a safety net for the tribute act and nothing else.
  8. I would say that we should stick with the winning team from last week as long as everyone is fit. We will need the same level of performance and effort as last weekend if we are to get anything from the game as Hearts will play a lot better than Dundee did. Crowd will need to be patient as Hearts will sit in and play for the draw and it may take us time to break them down. 9. Not one 3pm kick off on a Saturday in Janaury. Glad I did not book any of the trains for the games I was going to attend. At best I will be at 1 game between 1st January and the middle of Febraury now.
  10. We have the current league cup in the current form due to the old group format being pish and nobody turning up to watch them. Cannot see it being any different this time. Only change that was needed was to change the final back to November/December. Winter break is fine as long as English keep playing as will let me head down there to see games.
  11. I was all for Monk getting more time until I read the above. Now I want him gone purely to watch the absolute explosion of rage from Govan if Warburton was to go.

Rogers is a great QB. He seems to be able to extend plays at will. Still cannot believe 49ers chose to draft Alex Smith instead of him. 9ers season is going almost exactly as predicted with them not even being able to stink for first pick correctly. Trip to Levi however was brilliant despite the defeat last week.
  13. Chelsea lose at home to Bournemouth. Got to think Jose needs to get things turned round sharpish if he is to keep his job into new year.
  14. Excellent first half performance with McGinn and Hayes being standouts. Faded a bit in the 2nd half but we were still very comfortable. Play like this next week and should easily see off Jambos again.
  15. Not rained that much overnight in Dundee so would be surprised if the game is in any danger.
  16. Not keen on changing a winning team so would normally say stick with same team as last week however would like to see Jack replacing Flood in the middle. Hopefully we produce 2nd half performance from last week for 90 minutes this week. In Trades Away end Family dinner 2-0 Rooney and McGinn.
  17. Agree on a right back and would hope to see Parker going and being replaced by a striker. A ball winning central midfielder would also be on my list as do not think Flood is good enough for a team supposed to be competing at top end of table and feel Shinnie is far better used at left back.
  18. Just sat through Reading v QPR game on Sky. To describe the game as fucking awful would be being kind. Even Sky clowns gave up trying to find something positive about the game. Championship really is the most over rated league.
  19. Another two FIFA executives arrested in Switzerland today.
  20. Has looked poor when I have seen him so no loss if he is. Would expect Parker to be returned to Red Star as he has also looked pretty poor.
  21. Great start to 2nd half.
  22. Another woeful first half. Surely we have someone better than flood in U20s.
  23. Shows you what I know Taylor dropped for Quinn.
  24. This game will show if we really have put whatever happened behind us. Performance against County in October was woeful and could easily have been 5 or 6 if the lad up front for County had a left foot. A similar performance again by Dons will have many seriously questioning manager. From what I have read of last week both Logan and Taylor need to be dropped however as we have no other option at right back and Taylor is undropable then I would expect pretty much same team as last Sunday. Oot bed Breakfast at ihop using their free wifi to watch red tv Shopping on Pier 39 then over to Berkley for Arizona @ Cal 2-1 Rooney and Hayes
  25. Would seem a very short sighted thing to do. Surely the only way we can progress as a club is developing our own young players. It definitely seems like McInnes has no faith in young players as he has given very little if any game time to our U20s despite them winning the league last year.
