  1. Would be very disppointed if Quinn was dropped. He has played well in every game and has help solidify the defence. Do not think Thursday is a game for Flood anyway as he always slows us down when we are moving ball forward and given we need to score and probably more than once we will be better with someone who can move the ball forward quickly and also provide a goal threat.
  2. Will get round to this before Friday.
  3. In / out: In Pre matcher: another journey on a supporters bus. Fucking shite public transport. Match: Section Y Post matcher: Bus back down the road pricing flights to various play off venues. Prediction: 3-1 aet McGinn McLean and Rooney Think Almaty will score so we will need to get 3 to go through. Not sure we will get 3 inside regulation 90 and think extra time will be required.
  4. McLean admitted on radio Scotland that he was just trying to deflect it across the goal.
  5. Would like to see us close the gap on Celtic and have real go at winning one of the cups preferrably both.
  6. If it was not for the travelling involved in our latest Euro tie I would be confident of a comfortable win on Saturday. Untied have lost their best 3 players over the last few months and replaced them with players from Austria and Holland. Even if these lads are any good it will take them time to settle in Scottish football so catching them early is in our favour. However have counter that with fact that our team have had to cope with two 8 hour flights in last few days plus playing a game in 40 degree heat. Can see us struggling especially in 2nd half. In / out: In Pre Matcher: boozer in Dundee enjoying a pint and pissing myself laughing at the thought of Manc cycling 100m never mind 100 miles. Match: Shed Post matcher: Train back to Edinburgh Prediction: 1-1 Rooney
  7. Lost in Armenia in the last round.
  8. Fixed that for you. Disappointing result tonight and think we got tactics wrong at the start. Away goal means we are still in the tie but we will need to be better than we were tonight. Hopefully get an early goal at a packed Pittodrie next week will give us platform to go on and win tie.
  9. Thought it was a home game against St Mirren.
  10. From memory teams can only ask to postpone home games.
  11. Do not think is as much as that. Prize money has increased from last year but can only find table from last year which shows getting to round 3 would have netted us €390,000 then. Would think at best we will be looking at around €600,000 this year in prize money along with anything we have from any tv rights and gate money. Travelling costs will be high this year as well.
  12. Langfield was never good enough to be Dons keeper and should never have been signed but some of the abuse he took on line was well over the top. Brown is just as bad and does not seem to get anywhere near the same level of abuse.
  13. Now changed to "linked to Dons duo". Looks like EE showing their usual standard of journalism and picking up on rumours that were circulating on the net last week. No sure if there is anything more too it than that.
  14. As Hilton said Scott Wright did really well when he came on. Very exciting prospect. Also thought Michael Rose did well especially when moved to right back in 2nd half. Impressed again with Quinn. He and Considine formed a good partnership in 2nd half.
  15. Offer was £175,000 in total but Sevco wanted to pay it up. Statement on Hibs website about it.
  16. Call your self a fan. Euro dates should have been automtically blocked out in your diary. In / out : In Pre matcher: Sneaking out of work early then supporters bus up the road. Fucking farce that you cannot get a train back to Edinburgh after a mid week game. Match: Y Post match: Bus back down the road greetin about not being able to get to next round. Prediction: 2-0 Dons, McGinn and McLean
  17. Thomas Atyeo. Defender who was at Swansea previously.
  18. I thought there was already a deal in place for Chinese TV rights.
  19. Victim FC are bound to appeal the decision to get the length of the ban reduced.
  20. Platini is not much better than Blatter.
  21. Never saw that coming. Fantastic performance against a team that have only lost one in their last 52 home matches and not lost at home in Europe since 2009.
  22. Andy fucking Considine........1-0 Dons.
  23. Watching a different game from me then on Sunday. Rooney on bench so assume not injured and its tactical. They have had best of it so far and should be a couple up.
  24. 5 at the back? Have to assume Rooney is injured for Goodwillie to be starting.
