  1. 1-1 in the end.
  2. SFL have confirmed that Sevco will be able to play new players in August as trailist despite transfer ban. Farce.
  3. Also what say the bank has in any decision will affect what the board see as silly money
  4. Would not have thought signings by Monaco will mean they meet the UEFA financial fair play rule any time soon.
  5. Jambos have signed Danny Wilson on a three year deal from Liverpool. Worth a look when they go burst in the summer?
  6. Apparently not given any guarantees that any funding would be available for new players but told that promotion was expected.
  7. Self preservation from first division clubs as they want extra cash and self preservation for bottom team in SPL who want a safety net if they get relegated.
  8. Been shite at Hearts but was decent before he went there. Is he better than Vernon? Not to sure.
  9. So thats Daly, Law and Bell all signed for them. How can a club thats losing £1M a month afford to sign three of better players from SPL.
  10. Hopefully.
  11. No to all three for me - Taouil has been pretty poor at Hearts. Not the same player as Killie had. Never seen why Barr is rated so highly by some. Always looked suspect in games I have seen him in. Grainger is decent player when fully fit. Problem is he is never fit. We have just got rid of three players who fit that description so would be disappointed if we then signed another permacripple.
  12. It could be two year I suppose. Only thing I think McInnes has got wrong so far is extending this clowns contract.
  13. Squad for this one Goalkeepers Matt Gilks (Blackpool) David Marshall (Cardiff City) Allan McGregor (Besiktas) Defenders Gary Caldwell (Wigan Athletic) Danny Fox (Southampton) Gordon Greer (Brighton and Hove Albion) Grant Hanley (Blackburn Rovers) Alan Hutton (Real Mallorca) Russell Martin (Norwich City) Lee Wallace (Rangers) Andy Webster (Heart of Midlothian) Steven Whittaker (Norwich City) Midfielders Stuart Armstrong (Dundee United) Liam Bridcutt (Brighton and Hove Albion) Scott Brown (Celtic) Chris Burke (Birmingham City) Craig Conway (Cardiff City) James Forrest (Celtic) Ryan Jack (Aberdeen) Gary Mackay-Steven (Dundee United) James McArthur (Wigan Athletic) James Morrison (West Bromwich Albion) Steven Naismith (Everton) Robert Snodgrass (Norwich City) Forwards Leigh Griffiths (Hibernian) Shaun Maloney (Wigan Athletic) Jordan Rhodes (Blackburn Rovers) Tony Watt (Celtic) If that the best we have then we are in for a long long wait before making a tournament again.
  14. Better than last week by some way and actually created a number of decent chances. Sadly poor finishing and a decent Hearts keeper stopped us winning. Soaked on the way to the ground and its taken until now for me to dry out. The joys of summer football in Scotland.
  15. Do not like it. Happy we are back to red shorts though.
  16. First cup win for Athletico since 1996. Maybe hope for Dons yet.
  17. Cracking Spanish cup final between Real and Athletico. Athletico are somehow 2-1 in extra time despite getting battered for nearly all the game.
  18. Great news. Might reconsider not renewing the season ticket now.
  19. English Huns score in last minute winner in UEFA cup final.
  20. Darren Randolph has signed a two year deal with Birmingham City.
  21. You just lift that straight from McGhee or Browns end of season excuse list?
  22. Only problem with Osbourne was him only being fit for 10 or so games a season.
  23. That would be a very light weight midfield. Think we need two full backs and couple of centre mids. One a ball winner and one creative.
  24. Magennis played upfront in last 4 matches I have been at including 2 starts and has been pish in all of them. He has no positional sense or ability but it seems thats okay becuase he tries hard. No problems with those being freed as all are either shite or injury prone. Like others I am surprised that Clark is not among those being told to look elsewhere for a club.
  25. Another insipid display. I know McInnes is just in the door but way we have played in the 3 games I have seen has been as bad as anything produced under the previous two clowns. Hopefully he is still trying things out and things will improve after he works with players over the summer but so far not impressed.
