If we are to play 433 then think we will need to strengthen the midfield as our current players are not good enough to play one short in the middle of the park and that our full backs are not good enough defensively not to have a midfielder in front of them to help when under pressure so will also need to be replaced. Also think that Miller does not get enough goals to play as the main striker and that he has looked at his best at Aberdeen when played as part of a front two so if we are to play with three then I would suspect that Miller would need to be moved on and a replacement found.

Never understood the stick Seve got as even at his worst he was 100 times better player than Young or Duff and on his day a better player than Kerr or McDonald. Will be a hard player to replace.

I always thought Irvine was a decent player and rate him higher than most of our current defenders. Irvine managed to get a good few caps for a Scotland which I doubt most of current squad will do.

Was never that impressed by Mair and do not think he will be much of a loss. Put in some turely awful turns in red but managed a few mediocre ones at the end. New manager should be able to find a better replacement without much problem.
