  1. Stop projecting your own bad habits on to others.
  2. Probably still the best midfielder at the club and 2nd best centre half so would be a big loss as doubt we would have the funds to find a replacement with the same ability.

Thats the home end from memory and now got a roof on it so not in that end....................unless of course you are advocating the 80s habit of taking the home end??
  4. Teams used to do the same when Pars had their glorified carpet
  5. So it acceptable to get beat by Hamilton?
  6. Thing is this sub standard coverage would be even worse if old firm were in a Euro league. There would be even more more coverage of tims/huns v Ajax or Feyenord and even less coverage of our league. Less media interest would mean less interest from sponsors so less money again. Clubs are struggling to survive as it is so any further cut in income would probably mean the end of full time football in Scotland and if the league was to go semi pro then even the half decent players would then be off down to England so standard would drop further.

None. We will just have to get pissed on the train.
  8. There are a few pubs on Burnbank Rd and Almada Street that are all with in 10 mins walk/stagger of the ground. Silver Tassie and Harveys were two of the pubs I was in last time that were ok. Used to be a pub across from the Station called the Accidemical Vaults that the home fans drank in but not sure if its still there. I see Chambers Bar have a post on chat inviting supporters clubs to head there but you need to be booked in.
  9. JC in the Daily Retard this morning giving the idea his full support. Infirm are sadly a necessary evil for Scottish football to survive. If they were to leave the league would lose most of its income as tv, radio and other sponsors would no longer have an interest in the also rans. All scottish clubs are struggling to survive as it is. I doubt professional football in Scotland would exist if income was to be cut further.
  10. Slow Day?

  13. Have given Miller stick in the past so only fair to say when he does well and he did yesterday. Excellent performance
  14. Pretty fair assesment of the game. Not seen many games won as easily as that one. Caley are utter shite and in serious danger of going down which would be a pity as going there is the only real away day left now. Also agree with point on Tokleys assault on Aluko. He made no attempt to play the ball.
  15. Been to all of them plus a good few in Highland league, East of Scotland and Juniors. And before anyone says it yes I am a sad shallow cunt
  16. Been to all although not seen the Dons at Hamiltons new ground but have seen a Scotland U21 game there.
  17. No I hate you all unless you are buying me beer in which case I will tolerate your existence until you run out of cash to buy me beer.
  18. £22 for Hamilton!! Might not go now. Might just join Jagerdeen in the pub instead.
  19. If they could be persauded to let them go then would think that we should make an offer for Cowie and Black from Inverness. Also still think we (along with near enough everyone else in the league) need an out and out goal scorer. Keeper would also be nice as Bossu frightens me.
  20. Might be a better idea to contact AFC and tell them that you are looking to start a supporters club in that area and asking them to put details on website or supporters club page in the programme if they still do that.
  21. First top was 1980 red addidas one. Favourite home top was red pin stripped one form 82 -83 period. Favourite away top is probably white abtrust from early 90s.

Cannot remember there being any bars near the ground. There are few in the town centre that were ok but they were not overly keen on football fans. Still shouldbe a good day out. Can always stop in Stirling for a few on the way there or back.
  23. For above article read - For Sale All Reasonable Offers Accepted. If you do not want to sell your players you do not big them up in the papers.
  24. According to Edinburgh Evening News some of the Hearts players were not paid on Monday as was originally claimed. Article below. Several Hearts players still waiting for wages By BARRY ANDERSON SEVERAL Hearts players have still not received their overdue wages from last week, the Evening News can reveal. Certain members of the squad, understood to include Andy Driver, Bruno Aguiar and Christos Karipidis, were not paid on Monday when the club processed outstanding monies for their players. As of this morning, the individuals concerned were yet to receive their salaries. They were asked to be patient about the issue during a meeting with senior Hearts officials yesterday, however, no date has been given regarding when wages will arrive. A Tynecastle source said: "It seems not everyone got their money on Monday and there was a meeting about it." With this week's salaries due to drop into players' accounts tomorrow, players have been left fearing a repeat scenario of last week's delay. Wages initially failed to arrive last Friday with the club and officials at Vladimir Romanov's Ukio Bankas Investment Group, Hearts' parent company, stating it was simply a time delay and that payments would go through on Monday. It has emerged that, while many players did receive funds at the start of the week, some did not. Furthermore, Arbroath are ready to intensify their attempts to recoup a sell-on fee from Hearts for Andy Webster. The Gayfield club agreed to accept £14,437 plus VAT from the £150,000 Wigan paid Hearts for Webster following a ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sport in January this year. However, that debt is still outstanding. John Christison, the Arbroath chairman, said today: "We had a board meeting on Tuesday night and we discussed a number of things we could do to try and get the money," confirmed Christison. "We are in touch with the SFA over this but one thing we could do is to ask to freeze their gate receipts and we could also look at applying a signing ban. "We have been too nice about this for too long and it's sad it has come to this."
