Having watched videos with several different angles of the incident there is no weapon in the guys hand in any of them only a phone. There is one video where an officer does take something off the guy and walks away. The shots are clearly heard after that so even if this was a weapon he is unarmed and pinned to the ground when shot repeatedly. It is state sanctioned murder plain and simple.
