Be interesting to see changes that Leven makes if any to our starting line up tonight. Might get a clearer view on who the egos were. Just repeating what I was told. Only discussions have been with the DOF and head of recruitment. Mate has said players have found it odd not speaking with manager as it’s what happens elsewhere.

Thing is from what I have heard from a mate who is an agent Thelin had no part in discussions for players. Everything was carried out with DOF and head of recruitment. Not having coach in place in this system should not prevent recruitment occurring.

If we are following the process Pfannenstiel will already have a list of coaches that can come in and mean minimum disruption to the supposed system we are implementing so this should be a relatively quick process. Only delays will be if the preferred candidate is currently employed and his current club do not want to let him go.
