  1. Smith gets my vote for constantly making the wrong decision and inevitably losing the ball. He did get a bit better as the game went on however and was better than he was against ICT. Lets hope it continues

  3. Coming away from the game yesterday I was pondering when I last came away from a game where I wasn't moaning about the ref. Unfortunately I can't remember that far back so instead what have been the worst refereeing performances you have seen? Two that immediately spring to mind are the first 45mins of the League Cup Semi last season where the ref was so incompetent that the entire stadium was about ready to lynch him at half time. I'm not convinced he made one correct decision that whole half. The other was a game at Motherwell a good few years back. McGuire made a brilliant last ditch tackle, the away stand rise to applaud his effort only for the buffoon to point to the spot. Even McFadden looked embarrassed as he stepped up to score. Same match Mackie got booked for getting taken out in mid air and I'm certain he booked some lad twice in quick succession by mistake.
  4. sorry [move] GET IN TAE THESE HUN FUCKS!!! COME ON YOU REDS!!![/move]
  5. I'm getting quite frightened about tomorrow. Our defence is giving me a migraine
  6. Are seagulls really "protected" and if so why the fuck are they? Kill the fuckers!
  7. tbh given the options for RB the question should be: "Can we afford NOT to play Foster on Saturday?"
  8. I'm might change my mind about driving up at the crack of dawn on a saturday if that is the case
  9. Kirk on revenge trip KIRK BROADFOOT reckons Rangers face a massive test when they face Aberdeen at Pittodrie. Walter Smith's side lost there on the final day of last season and Old Firm rivals Celtic secured the title at Dundee United. It was a bitterly disappointing way to end the campaign and Broadfoot knows Aberdeen will be out once again to try and inflict more misery on the Ibrox club. advertisement He said: "Without being disrespectful to Aberdeen I think they raise their game when they play us. There is massive rivalry there now. "They love beating Rangers and there is a big of niggle when we meet. But I love that and when I say that Aberdeen raise their game I think the atmosphere inside Pittodrie will do the same for our lads. "Their fans can be hostile but it's always a really good game. "But there is no doubt we will go up there this weekend with the result on the final day of the season still fresh in the memory. "We need to get a bit of revenge for that, as it was a painful night for us all, and we will be desperate to come down the road with all three points this time round." Publication date 20/08/08
  10. Sorry to be so blunt, and I don't mean to offend but.... FUCK OFF

  12. the OF demanding 5% is still a fiasco whether we found a way to pay up that pleases us or not.
  13. Anyone got a link to the ?Sunday Mail article where Hately stated that "something has to be done before someone gets killed" after this little incident: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4156/is_20040215/ai_n12587416
  14. exactly the only dissapointment was that the loon who ran out to Cameron was so surprised that he had been allowed to run to the half way line, seemingly without any stewards or police noticing, that he didnae know what to do and just kinda pushed Cameron to the ground.
  15. That was fucking hilarious It was my first trip to Ibrox and one of those Sunday 1805 kickoffs. I have to say the walk back to the city centre afterwards wasn't the best.
  16. My thoughts? This has been obvious since the middle of last season when we lost Hart and Clark, as has our lack of an experienced centre back. Don't have a fucking clue what JC and the gang have been upto as it seems that, at best, we will be getting some Dutch Amateur in on the 31st.
  17. tbh the venom has died ever since the "riot" match as the police have been uberparanoid, as have afc and to an extent the fans on both sides. Certainly the hatred at Ibrox is nothing compared to what it was even 2 or 3 years ago. Pittodrie still seems to have the odd flash point (see last season) but for what ever reason the fans don't want to kill each other as much. Some would say this is a good thing. But some people like opera and ballet. Put Tommy Wright on the pitch. That should add to the venom
  18. Officially our best start to a season under JC Games until first SPL win.... 07/08 4th game (L, D, L - opening 3 games) 06/07 3rd game (D, D) 05/06 3rd game (D, L) 04/05 3rd game (D, D)
  19. I thought it was later when he was squaring up to Craigen. Craigen certainly looked round and gesticulated toward the linesman as if something had happened
  20. stop being so bloody hysterical. I don't have a problem with booing the team, I have done it many times, but to do it during our first away match of the season is hardly going to have any positive benefit. Surely away from home we should be backing the team to the hilt rather than booing them as the battle away against what was the best of the rest last season. It wasn't a great performance but it was only our second away win in 2008 and our first away win against any "top6" side in fucking ages. By all means boo at the end of the match if you have to, but for me 180mins into the season it is a bit early to get the knives out, particularly given we always start poorly (but that is a differnet discussion)
