Have they not withdrawn because of the fucking mess that it rfc rather than anything else? Should the rules be torn up because it's rangers? Interestingly I saw someone suggest a way out of the ensuing mess for the spl may be to form the spl2 and demote a rangers newco to the spl2. It would get around the fact there is no mechanism to send them to the sfl but at the same time be a punishment of sorts while in theory only limiting the number OF games for 1 year.
