  1. ooops nothing to see here, move along, move along http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15757782.stm
  2. WTF do Grumpian Police do? I know Funster "had a word" with them a couple of seasons ago about the bile they were chanting but don't suppose it counted as an official complaint but every time they come up we get 4000 singing this bullshit
  3. Presumably the uncertainty will prevent them from making any significant signings until all this is sorted (not that this will effect us much, or indeed anything due to how utterly dung septic are)
  4. http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/aberdeen/279584-clydesdale-bank-to-end-scottish-premier-league-sponsorship/ Not good news with the Sky/ESPN deal expiring soon too, not really the best financial climate to be renegotiating or looking for new deals.
  5. click the link and there is a panel on the right hand side that will take you to the survey. Closes tomorrow http://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/SectionPage.aspx/EEhome/EESport/EEAberdeenFC
  6. Awesome isn't it. I thought we wanted more folk to use trains.....mind you then they might have actually invested in an Aberdeen Crossrail, a Glasgow Crossrail and expansion of the network and thought about highspeed rail 50yrs ago.
  7. Trips around Scotland to watch football could soon get a bit less bearable/enjoyable/inticing. And it's not just banning booze, this reports seems to want us to stand, cut the number of stations and that's if you can get on the train in the first place as they want to cancel some of them while increasing fares on others! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-15743958 You can respond to this here: http://www.transportscotland.gov.uk/strategy-and-research/publications-and-consultations/j203179-19.htm
  8. Council meeting to decide whether to have a referendum on this. Can watch Live on STV if you have absolutely no life http://local.stv.tv/aberdeen/news/279309-live-coverage-union-terrace-gardens-referendum/
  9. Dear god, Scottish tabloid journalism should really come as a surprise but that is horrifically poor
  10. All under 21 games are at the St Mirren stadium.
  11. Nice to see a Scotland team with a bit of attacking flair and a genuine goal scorer. I wonder how good this lad Rhodes can become?
  12. Final score: Netherlands 1-2 Scotland. Superb performance and although the Dutch had some great chances to score so did we. Rhodes and Wotherspoon with the goals and good show from Forrest and Wylde while our Jack looked as good as he usually is. Return tie is on the leap day in February, might head along
  13. Young Scots currently live on sky sports one and beating the dutch two - one with 66mins gone. Only seen the second half but some good performances and had chances to score more (although so have they ) and they're goal was apparently a dodgy own goal from our keeper.
  14. ...well if it was a Rugby match, which is what Gala should perhaps stick to:
  15. strange how this just appears after he has been linked with der hun.
  16. I take it from this you are going to watch Wigan v Blackburn?!? Why the fuck would you want to do that? Get yir arse to Pittodrie
  17. In/Oot: In Pre match: getting driven up the road for a change so I can have a few shandies Match: RDU Post match: back tae the weeg Prediction - 2-1 win Crowd: not had a crowd over 10k vs them for a while but think we'll just sneak it on Saturday as long as the weather isn't uber shit
  18. Seems like ages since we last played (well I suppose it is). Anyway here are the usual stats that you all ignore Pretty terrible recent record vs them, even at home, and their form is obviously pretty good. Infact sine the start of 2007/08 season we have played them 14 times and only won twice. 10 Year Record vs Motherwell at Pittodrie Played 17 Won 6 Drawn 5 Lost 6 For 23 Against 26 Last Dons Win 29th Nov 2008 2-0 Last Draw 29th Aug 2009 0-0 Last 5 v Well 24 Sep 2011 Motherwell 1 - 0 Aberdeen SPL 4,348 02 Apr 2011 Motherwell 2 - 1 Aberdeen SPL 4,458 15 Feb 2011 Aberdeen 1 - 2 Motherwell SPL 6,882 18 Sep 2010 Motherwell 1 - 1 Aberdeen SPL 5,251 30 Jan 2010 Aberdeen 0 - 3 Motherwell SPL 9,555 Current Form (SPL) Aberdeen: Played 6 Won 2 Draw 1 Lost 3 For 11 Against 8 Well: Played 6 Won 4 Draw 1 Lost 1 For 9 Against 5 Aberdeen: LOSS 1-2 Huns (h) LOSS 1-2 Tims (a) WIN 3-1 Arabs (h) WIN 4-0 v Pars (h) LOSS 0-1 v Well (a) DRAW 2-2 Killie (h) Well: LOSS 1-2 Tims (h) WIN 3-2 ICT (a) DRAW 0-0 Killie (h) WIN 1-0 Hibs (a) WIN 3-1 Arabs (a) WIN 1-0 Dons (h)

  20. Vettel effectively oot second corner so your wish came true
  21. Good to hear this but why do the Polis only report this at UEFA matches? Why no action when 4000 of them are singing similar shit at Pittodrie or any other Scottish ground?
