If wiggie had any ambition (which he doesn't), but if he did, I'd go for Darren Ferguson, bringing Eoin Jess with him as assistant. He has a very good record of spotting talented non league players (all we can afford) and extracting their potential. He and Jess seem to share the same football philosophy at Peterborough, playing the 'right' way. I also think Ferguson would have no qualms about turfing out the dead wood from the squad, like his old man, not a great respecter of reputations. But that's never going to happen, so from the realistic options I'd go for Stark or Collins.
