That is the only occasion I saw Clark show a bit of bottle. I quite liked Clark, even though he was a pansy and pretty infuriating at times, but one show of bottle in 8 years or whatever it was isn't really an indicator that he was the next Peter Nicholas...

When Anderson played right back he was clearly not comfortable but he never shat out of headers and tackles. Considine appears to have no conviction when he's going in for either.

So Seve playing would make others pass the ball better? Come on Bobo, the guy was a good player but he was no Willie Miller. We've needed that since Anderson and Hart left, in my opinion.

I have seen very few players who I'd say were 4 goals of a difference in a match. Fair enough, I wasn't at the game tonight, but Seve played in his fair share of poundings for us over the years too from the likes of United and Motherwell.

I agree with that, and while he obviously doesn't really want Mulgrew at the back, Mulgrew at least would (or should) understand the positional part of things better. Seve was a good player, but I'm not sure he is 4 goals of a difference good, if you know what i mean.

Not many Aberdeen managers have ever had the funds to replace outgoing players with the funds they brought in. Aberdeen can create £1m, £2m players but we can't buy them. It's always been the case.

I agree with that, on part of McGhee or any of those players. Aberdeen shouldn't lose 5-1 at home to anyone (save maybe Man Utd and Barca and the likes). The only thing that may be a positive out of this is that it may make Milne "invest" in some new players... the pigs flying past my window agree with me...
