  1. You are correct. Stavrum wasn't too hot either.
  2. http://www.pnefc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10362~1336108,00.html Signing for Preston.
  3. Not how to grow a 'tache though! He was the epitome of the "hip" 80's man... mullet, tan, bum-fluff mowser... you just know he was a big fan of Miami Vice
  4. Yeah, I know, reading it sober makes more sense!
  5. Stevie Gray was a cracking player. Not really sure where you're going with that one Ajja. Jones and Hackett were shite, Gray was a very good player who fucked it up for himself. (and I'm presuming your sarcasm)
  6. yeah, after watching the dross we've had over the years, I can appreciate him now. Surely a case of being rather spoiled for so many years.
  7. said exactly the same thing to a mate of mine a few weeks ago and almost cried at the thought. I was one who really could not stick Roger, and I'd pray to the Gods at around 2.40 every Saturday that he wouldn't be playing. He was the weak link in a superb midfield that consisted of Jazzer, Simmie, Granty, Mason(y) and Rico over the years . In a few hundred matches for the Dandies, he never once tackled anyone. True story. Have to say though, met him a couple of times and he's a really, really good guy. Shame about the football, however.
  8. glad you took your comment about Connor back. indeed.
  9. I could have done that for you this afternoon, saw the plank on Byres Road. He's a wee twat, totally loves himself.
  10. CJ from Eggheads.
  11. Willie Miller.
  12. Yip, thought that myself!!
  13. Hibs couldn't afford him. He ripped Severin and Heikkenen a new one when we lost to them at Easter Road, the game Preece was sent off in.
  14. He was a regular for them in his short time at the club.
  15. I see that Kilmarnock are looking at signing Craig Rocastle. He did a good job for Hibs when he was with them a few years ago. Worth a look?
  16. Yeah, sorry, just read that again! Perhaps we've had a wee deal with him suggesting that we could offer him something "interesting"? I certainly wouldn't be opposed to him signing again to be honest.
  17. He's JC's mate, so he's welcome to join in. He's never caused any problems apparently.
  18. It was a good goal but there have been loads better from Aberdeen players alone.
  19. Well, if the co-efficient changes and we get in as the third placed team, stage your own protest and don't bother going to the matches nor watching it on TV.
  20. Think the one you're talking about was 95 or 96. He did score another cracker in a 2-1 defeat there. Took the ball on his chest on the right hand side of their half, then volleyed it past Charbonnier from about 20 yards.
  21. http://www.afc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/clubNewsDetail/0,,10284~1333483,00.html Any Dons suggestions? I'm struggling to think of Aberdeen related ones... a couple of Zero's strikes would be worth a mention I suppose. Reckon Larsson's chip v the huns at Parkhead may well win it.
  22. So you would hope your mum, who is -6ft, is bigger than my dad? Strange lad.
