  1. but if the lad thinks he's fit enough for Saturday - and he is that sort of lad - then that'll be ok....
  2. Well I'd heard that it was dependent on one of our "keepers" leaving in the summer, however, it seems likely that one will. And then, going on previous experience, you really think JC would "scout" a keeper when he's got one on his doorstep who's also great to have around the place...?
  3. No apparently about it. And... I've heard that Ryan Esson will be an Aberdeen player again next season. Not sure in what position though...
  4. I doubt very much he'll be playing. Will only be two weeks since the Euros had finished, would imagine he'll be given an extended break because of this. Same story for Tevez...
  5. Want to try that one again FJ?
  6. My money's on Third Lanark.
  7. He was ok yesterday. Gave the ball away a few times and I've always thought one of his main strengths was how well he retains possession. He's got a nice touch and actually wants to play the ball on the deck which is refreshing. He'll be a good player for us I think, and scored an excellent goal yesterday.
  8. was that the one Jess scored just before half time with a brilliant volley from 20 yards?
  9. Jebus. Good to see they've all found their level. Utterly chronic, all three of them.
  10. Nakamura is gash.
  11. Walter Smith said that it was a straight red, but was angry at the Hibs benchs reaction... yeah, god forbid you'd get angry at someone trying to break one of your players legs. Mixu should have leathered the orange cunt when he had the chance.
  12. Exactly, Baggy. Roy Keane expected Ireland to win the World Cup, and he was right to, because as a player (or manager) you MUST aim to win every match. At what point do you say "this is the game we're going to lose"? Similarly, Mark McGhee aimed to win the league this year with Motherwell. That's the way it should be. Aspire to be the best. If you don't, you'll never fulfil your potential. I don't expect us to win the league of course, but as professionals, that should be their aim. I would also like to know how something that isn't there (our supposed expectation of winning the league) can annoy him?
  13. If you think his writing is bad, check out Chick Young on the BBC site... every week it's just cliche ridden garbage that makes you want to vomit, at the end of the day
  14. McKimmie was right though! Bit of a hot head was old Stewarty, what a player though.
  15. I don't think Scotland recognition should count for anything, ever. Look at guys like Dave Bowman, Mike Galloway and Gary MacKay who got caps, and yet Brian Grant never. Similarly, Frank McDougall was never capped, but was the most lethal striker in Scotland at the time he played for us.
  16. I'd certainly hope so. McNee does have the distinction though of being perhaps the only person to have been punched by both Billy McNeill and Alex Ferguson (allegedly).
  17. You may not have noticed, but none of us have our own newspaper column.
  18. Is McNee commenting on his private businesses? He's saying he cuts the figure of a loser now. What the fuck has McNee achieved for him to have the right to be saying that about one of Scotlands greatest and most decorated players?
  19. Willie Miller a loser? I've read it all now. Other than that, as has been said here, it's hard not to agree with the sanctimonious cunt of a fuckpig that he is.
  20. I would like both Miller and Lovell to sign new deals, and perhaps JC can finally see that it would be to our benefit if they were given a decent chance to forge a partnership.
  21. Irvine made a horrific amount of mistakes PER match. Diamond reads the game far better than Irvine did. In fact, I could just have put a full stop after the word "game" there.
  22. Have a day off man, seriously.
