Bet not half as much as Andy Murray is...
Murray fell to pieces after missing the sitter of a forehand on Nadal's serve. had been brilliant up to then.
Fully aware that's what it is Al, we couldn't afford him etc but at least he knows what to say, unlike:
"So Mark, your team's just been cuffed 9-0, what have you got to say to the fans?"
"It's only three points, no big deal..."
A fair bit of conjecture there maverick.
re Riordan trying to win matches on his own for us: maybe he would, i'm not sure. But, one of Maguire's most frustrating traits is the "head down and try to take on the whole defence" trick. Going on goals scored, Riordan is clearly a bit better at it than Maguire.
That's nonsense mate. Riordan is the third highest SPL scorer, and while he may be way behind Boyd and Larsson, he gets goals, something Maguire didn't do for us on a consistent basis (think his record is worse than 1 every 7 games or so).
Totally forgot about Pawlett somehow! Can't see how he fits into that formation though, unfortunately and i think it's looking more likely that is how Brown is going to play it.
