  1. I actually think I'd weep if we ever signed Dailly. How that prick made the career he has is beyond me. More international caps than Number 6. It's either someone's idea of a sick joke or it's a really bad dream.
  2. Will you wear a red, white or yellow wristband?
  3. Red Stars 3 Troon IFC 2 Some fantastic football from a strong Red Stars side saw off Troon rather easily even though two late goals for the visitors makes it look a little tighter than the game actually was. Our captain, Gordon got his first of the season with a four yard rocket into the corner after a good flick on from a corner kick. Our new signing Ville from Finland then bagged a brace and we ran out comfortable winners in the end despite losing two daft goals. And after giving the Troon guys a bit of a hard time after the last game, I really need to redress that by adding their manager sent a text to us to say "Well done to your guys tonight, you were comfortably the better team". Which is very sporting of him. And we were very good. COME ON YE REDS!!! :ultras: :AFC2:
  4. As long as it's the right experience though. Hartley, if fit enough, would have been brilliant for us but he was clearly done. There isn't a great deal of point in having these guys at the club if they are no longer much use on the park. It was the exact same with McNamara. there weren't many Dons fans unhappy we signed him, yet he was an utter disaster.
  5. Well, it wouldn't be a transfer window without the mention of Gavin Rae joining us but it seems it's more of a possibility this time around. Not sure about this, I have a feeling it's about 7 years too late as I worry that his legs are gone and he was never the quickest in his prime.

  7. aye, her parenting skills were great eh? what a wee cock her youngest son is, Christopher. Never looks 20 and reminds me of Chris Maguire, actually. I'd also be asking questions of the woman Kay, letting a 20 year old sleep in the same bed as her 15 year old daughter... that's not right.
  8. "same wi' Christopher... only when he's on the drink" the wee 5 year old calling the old girl "a pure mongo" under her breath was a cracker though.
  9. Police were called to West Ham's End of Season Gala Dinner last night after tables and chairs were thrown as a West Ham player said he was "too tired" to give an autograph to a fan. The player was Demba Ba. They would have asked Thomas Hitzelsperger for his but he was already sleeping...
  10. Deary me. Dailly is fucking gash. He was way past it (if he ever had it) when he was at the huns. Where is he playing now?
  11. What age are they now? Surely Dailly packed it in a long time ago? Maybe it's just the press thinking of Brown's Scotland squads and putting two and two together. I certainly hope so.
  12. Because he was too small to see the handle...??
  13. if you're a hammer then you'd maybe be questionning why they bottled it from sacking him when "Gollivan" came in. The fact he's being touted for the Director of Football slot at the London Huns just shows how much it matters that your face fits in football. Also shown by Killie possibly getting Alex Miller as manager....
  14. Parker on the bench today for West Ham. To keep him injury free for a big money transfer?
  15. The first in particular was a great finish. Two good runs he made for his goals too. Birmingham one down at home to Fulham and West Ham one up away to Wigwam.
  16. Good work Poirot!
  17. Has just said on Twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/langers1979 Was on trial with us earlier in the year, can anyone remember what Brown said about him at the time?
  18. from Wednesday night:
  19. This man speaks sense. Someone (Mr Milne, preferrably) please listen to him and act accordingly...
  20. 1-0 them, Riordan
  21. Someone at the Ben Hurs should be getting their jotters for that
  22. Did some guy hundreds of years ago not predict an earthquake for Italy on 11 May 2011? Only 2 days out... impressive.
  23. word is that Butcher thinks he's too slow. Anyone remember Butcher being a whippet at centre half...?
