Funny you should bring this thread back from the dead. Was just about to resurrect it myself. I read Screwed over the course of last week. It's about a prison warden who gives you an insight how the prison system works and tells a few funny tales along the way. Wasn't anything amazing, shoved in a few hours commute and reminded me very much of reading 'Bloody Casuals'. Easy to read though and reminds you, if you ever needed it, how over-PC it's became in the UK. As always, if you want the book, PM me your address.

I don't see what all the fuss is about? I prefer it when we're not getting any praise just like when we were in the last 32 of the UEFA Cup and Hibs were getting sucked off for finishing midtable. We play far better as underdogs.

See we've signed a 21 year old right back Jared Hodgkiss, on loan from West Brom until January. According to the mailing list blurb on him, he showed a fair bit of interest to come to us having spoken to Tony Mowbray and had heard about Aluko and Walker having got European games under their belts up here last season. Seems to have snuck in under the radar, as I didn't see it mentioned anywhere on here.

He was unlucky with injuries at Sunderland although the rate they buy players I'm surprised anyone gets a game every week.

I wouldn't worry about it, he's been as effective for everyone else as he was for us.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say: I don't actually hate Rangers that much these days. Show me photos or footage of yesteryear Rangers teams and I'll be foaming at the mouth and spitting chips. Same goes for their knuckle-dragging, small minded fans. But Rangers, the team, as they stand today and over the past few seasons have just make me laugh more than anything. Ferguson out for months.... Ha! Pumped in the UEFA Final after boring their way there with anti-football - Ha! Not allowed to sing their songs any more.... Haha! Out of Europe already and having a big sell off.... Haha! Sebo.... Why must there always be someone to point the finger at? Perhaps it's down to a whole host of reasons far outwith our understanding? Maybe it is just down to one person and it's all his fault? But what exactly are we going to gain from a lengthy witch hunt where we finally corner the individual(s) and collectively stand there going "it's his fault!"? Will people actually feel any better because of this? Nothing will change down at Pittodrie as a result of those findings and we haven't even got to the point where the window is closed. Even after it is we can still sign players who are out of contract so it's hardly time to start sharpening the pitchforks.

I must be getting McDonald and Kerr mixed up as I thought Kerr was the one shirking tackles and never completing passes? To be honest they've both offered very little in a footballing sense. They may well be doing a lot off the ball but I'll never get to see that on screen. One of these lads are going to have to step up to the plate, if not both as there's a big *Seve shaped hole missing there now and neither seem to be plugging it at the moment. *Seve when he actually was a player.

That's one thing, ok the only thing, that Foster appears to be good at. Marking someone out of a game.

I don't care who does it but somebody needs to give Foster a swift boot up the arse.
