  1. Brilliant, second place sealed and well done to the team. We were up against it this season as our previous seasons achievements were put down to the zombies not being in the league, well we showed all the Weegie cunts that it was no fluke and to fuck with that rancid lot and their expectation. I hope we can get a couple more wins in the final three league games at least. COYR hearts players came out to say goodbye to their fans as one of their stands is being knocked down. Hardly anyone left and Cathro is being boo'd
  2. They zombie chunts scored a 94th minute winner! Puts a bit more pressure on us and I really hope we can nail the diet huns today.
  3. Not looking forward to this one. We should easily beat them but they always give us a game. I'll never forget how awful we were when we played them the season they got relegated with all the young kids in the team and Gary Locke as manager. I just hope we play well.
  4. A lot of roadworks and build up of traffic were going on that day which made it a bit difficult to navigate our way around and as I said I don't think the signs were very clear as to what was happening, but fine is paid as pointless arguing the matter.
  5. The 10000 seats which go to corporate and the SFA "family" have been snapped up by Celtic supporters already according to the SFA, these will be guys who support Celtic. To me it makes sense to split the tickets 50/50 as they have done and if a club cannot sell them then just hand them back, but Celtic always have to have a gripe.
  6. Got a fine from Glasgow City Council through the post today for driving in a bus lane on the day of the semi. The fuckers should try and ensure their streets are better sign posted, must have been in it for about 5 seconds and the picture they sent clearly shows me leaving the lane. I hadn't a clue where I was let alone know I was in a bus lane.
  7. AYe, I had a laugh when I heard that. GIRFUY the whole lot of the bead rattling cunts, even more funnier is that part of the issue has been the demand for corporate tickets from Celtic supporters for the SFAs seats which mean they will only get extra tickets if we fail to sell our allocation. I hope a lot of the fairweathers who were at Parkhead for the 2014 League Cup final bother their arse with this one and stop them from getting extra tickets. If I was McInnes I would be using this sort of shyte to motivate our players for the final. The sense of expectation from this lot if frightening.
  8. Exactly what I was thinking. So basically after 7 years of cuts to everything which have an affect of the everyday lives of most people such as the NHS, Education, etc whilst cutting taxes for higher earners/business, the tories appear more popular than ever. It's like the 80s all over again. Will we ever learn? I'm not sure if it is they are popular or if people have just stopped voting, making them look more popular than they actually are, which I suspect may be the case. Once they win next months election and increase their majority they will really go to town.
  9. Quite happy for any of the fringe players to get a start, but obviously our manager doesn't have faith in them. Yes we have a good team who are very good on their day, but a manager needs to keep the team fresh and this is an area I find him wanting. Maybe the fringe players aren't good enough but not enough to judge them with a 10 minute cameo and an occasional start.
  10. I did say as back up, wouldn't dispute Gordon is a better keeper, but Joe could look as good playing in that team.
  11. I liked his speech today, far too honest to ever be a prime minister and no chance of winning against the corrupt system. We don't like honest politicians.
  12. Shinnie and possibly Lewis as back up to Gordon.
  13. Ouch, that was a sore one. The tombola was out today, Considine was alongside Taylor with Hayes at LB, but Shinnie covering him when he broke forward. We started off with our usual passing game and were having some success, but not creating any real chances, then we got two bookings, Logan for a late tackle, at least I think it was LOgan and then Hayes a few minutes later, didn't think they both merited bookings, but the ref had a stinker of a game, although not the reason we lost, that was our own doing. There was an incident not long after our bookins when Christie was shoved into the St Johnstone bench going for a ball and the ref took no action against the saints player, I thought it deserved a card, but like I say he had a mare. I can understand why he wanted to try Consi alongside Taylor, but you don't fuck about with the LB position, no real reason to do it and also by doing this he is eating into whatever morale Reynolds and O'Connor have left after the seasons they have had, he obviously doesn't rate them. One thing that annoys is McLEan appears to play lots of the match as a striker and ROnney is left to track back, something we all know he is not great at, we all agree where the guy is at his best, but our manager does appear to have forgotten that. The second half was quite a dismal half for us, we were not really at the races and the saints had our cards marked in this half, although they didn't look like scoring until Joe picked the ball up from a pass back from Jack and they score from the resulting free kick very close to the goal. A LEwis howler IMO, which no doubt Ryan will take the wrap on. The second one was a shit goal to lose, but lose it we did and I think those of us who remained knew we weren't coming back from. I don't know what more I can add. St Johnstone know how to play us, we can slag them off and the type of football they play, but they are a fairly well organised unit who play to a system which suits and capable of beating anyone and have been fairly consistent on a fairly low budget, they certainly know how to play against us and did it again today. We know how they are going to play against us and is up to us to stop them getting away with it and rise above it. Just disappointing and I hope it is not the usual post split collapse from us. I think a few of our players have been flogged to death due to our manager not having much faith in any of the fringe players and costing us big time now. Gut wrenching watching Foster getting it right fucking up us.
  14. That goes without saying and since we're at it bring in Miller and McLeish also for the back two. Dreaming aside, for the standard we are at McLean is a decent player. The Rangers rumours are just that, rumours and designed to heap pressure on us in the hunt for second place.
  15. I saw a gluesniffer off his head once on George Street when I was around 4, this would have been around 1977/78 and I had recurring nightmares for a while after this and through which I kept kept shouting out I didn't want to be a gluesniffer! I still get reminded of this nowadays by my Brothers and Sisters.
  16. Seve was an infuriating player for us. He did have the talent, but sometimes he looked as though he couldn't be bothered, but to be fair this could have been Calderwoods management style. I would rather have Barry Nic than McLean, if these things were possible, but happy enough to have McLean who is a good player IMO.
  17. All part of the plan to heap the pressure on us in the run in for second place, to not even be second to Celtic will hurt the great unwashed and us doing it will hurt even more.
  18. We all knew he would go back to them, but it didn't stop him scoring one of the pens and he also had a really great chance cleared off the line by Elliot during the game. He was a brilliant player for us and I wish we had him for the 90/91 season.
  19. Austerity for them is halted, doubt it even started though, the majority will still continue to suffer at their hands.
  20. Poverty is the only thing the tories have increased since coming to power in 2010 and cutting taxes for big business and the wealthy, which was to be expected, yet they are being portrayed as saviours, even though coming on for 10 years after the recession they are still preaching austerity and squeezing the living standards of millions whilst totally shitting on the really poor and disabled Corbyn is going to go down as the new Michael Foot yet he speaks more sense than anyone.
  21. 1990 was my first final and first trip to hampden. I was working nightshift on the Friday night and headed to the train station straight after my shift to get down to hampden. MOst of the day is a blur, but I remember the winning penalty being scored and two lassies getting their boobs out for the boys waiting for the train at Mount Florida. Hopefully my youngest will get to experience the cup being won this time around, I'm sure the boobs would be a bonus for him. If you had told my 16 year old self we would go so long without winning this trophy again I would have laughed in your face and got you carted away.
  22. JUst heard the tories expect to win 12 seats in Scotland in the JUne election. Are we really that stupid to vote for these chunts? Can people not see through their lies about the economy. Worrying news.
  23. In Hame Merkie Hame 3-1 - I think it will be a tight game with a couple of late goals getting us the points. Should see a decent enough crowd with a cup final looming, the fairweathers should be out in force.
  24. I read the match programme last night and noticed they put in a picture of deek celebrating a cup final win with Rangers. I know it was a long time ago, but still wasn't nice to see it.
