Pretty difficult when our own club don't bat an eyelid. Anyway, reasonable fixtures. Only one 3pm home kick off left this season.

The world according to TRUTH, not western lies

As I recall, the arab spring was started by thon manny setting himself on fire because he couldn't afford the price of wheat, because a giant global (US) monopoly corporation decided that they'd fuck aboot with the global wheat price for a short term lift in share price. The CIA may have stoked with some opportunism, but it was mainly about one manny and his inability to feed his family/sell his produce. -
Still no release because of one fixture. Fucking shambles. Instead of phoning each database entry selling them some bullshit about how £18 per month will help us challenge the scum, how about we actually challenge them? How about making a statement calling out this shite? Shite like this is why yer £18 will do fuck all to reduce the gap.

Aye, it's season ticket time again, remember. -
Aye, it's an interesting one. Fit's everybody's take on fit the team should be? I'm going: ---------------Lewis--------------------- Ball---Arnason---McKenna---Considine ---------O'Connor---Christie------------ McGinn--------Stewart------------GMS- ------------------May-------------------- I think Nwakali is pap (despite being okay in one game) and Christie is probably more likely to do as he's told in a role that requires discipline. That is (obviously) the biggest worry though, that's a very weak midfield. It is a very strong attacking midfield though too, so it might just work out nicely. Edit: great minds Jute.

Instead of writing arse-licking pish, why doesn't he get down to Hampden and find out where the fuck the fixture list is?
-
Admin? Admin? I want this moved to the rowie thread. We'll soon have this place operating out of one thread, probably a rant started by Rocket called "Everything is wrong, because:", which encapsulates the essence of every other discussion, football or otherwise.
-
A moral and administrative victory for me, once again. Bristow can finally rest in peace.
-
Anderson? Do you genuinely think he's ready for the step up? Is he the type of player that offers something different to (and better than) May? Have you seen him play?
-
This. If we're going to make it to the final, we need a striker that can run for 90 minutes. 2-0 the dandies again. May²
-
The thing with Sammon though, is that he's also better than Maynard, Cosgrove (it appears), Stockley (maybe), Storey, Zola, Parker, Goodwillie and various others that we've hired over the years. He was decent against us for Partick recently, which is something that no one has ever said about Maynard (decent, I mean). I think we could do better, however we currently are not, which is worrying.
-
Aye, but was he "gets his own thread" good?
-
There's a celebrity deaths thread for this sort of thing.

I wouldn't have him I don't think, however it does surprise me that while we piss about with yer Cosgroves, Maynards, Stockleys and Zolas's, Motherwell get a semi-competent player in to fill their main striker role with little fuss. He's exactly the type of player who should be occupying our bench ahead of the fucking Maynard cunt. It would mean that we could actually take a striker on in the hope that he might do something different to what's already on the pitch. We haven't managed that since Josher, and he was limited.

Wifie phoned me yesterday. I remained polite - because it's nae her fault - and declined. I think it was £18 per month, or perhaps I completely misheard throughout all the sales bullshite. No Aberdeen employee should be using the term "Old Firm". Fucks.
-
I would have, but we tanked them, so fuck em.

The farmer's bakery or something wasn't it, or am I imaging that? Fine butteries fae there. Mine getting a few at 3am.

1) Why has work only just begun? There have been only two options for 6th place for a week now, so they surely must have had two scenarios in place? Run them by police Scotland and work out any problems that might be caused in advance and get the decision made right after the 6th place was decided (i.e this morning). 2) If you think that the old firm fixture is a problem, then say so. Don't bury it under the rug. Produce the entire set of fixtures, with the hun-tim cockstain scheduled for the first week and say that fixture X will be subject to change based on the results of this weekend's fixtures due to the volatility of the support. If the fixture is likely to be a title decider, then we will be moving to the second last game of the season to minimise the likelihood. In light of this, two other fixtures (Tims and Huns second last games) will also be subject to change. That means that we have a whole raft of fixtures that fans/tv can make arrangements for and we highlight the actual issue at stake here rather than pretending there's some sort of difficulty in scheduling. Do they think pandering to this shite is going to improve the issue?

Weird. 3 at the back then, or a chance to give O'Connor a run in midfield ahead of the semi? I'm normally pretty critical of McInnes dicking about with the formation, but ahead of the semi - with our missing players - I think it's pretty important to try a few things tonight to see how it works. Also, they're probably starting thon two brutes up front.
-
It was inferred, as I read it. Apologies if that's not the case. You obviously laid it there for comment at the very least, so I've commented.
-
^^^This. I'm pretty certain McInnes will know this too. It's a bit of a gamble, but if he sticks and brings home the cup then he'll do better than a championship side (or at worst be favourite when the next guy gets binned at WBA). I think McInnes would always regret not having one more shot at the cup with the dons, and so I don't see him going anywhere.

Thanks. I took the terms "unacceptable" and "zero taste" as opinion, dinna worry. If I thought otherwise, I'd have said so. Fortunately, it's nae a subject I'm particularly expert in, so I don't mind a bit of differing opinion on it. If I'm honest, I'd admit that I was way out of my depth suggesting that they were a decent brand having only seen perhaps two of their jaickets. I should stick to subjects that I'm clearly an expert on, such as fitba and fitba stadium locations in case I get called out on it like on this occasion. Also, not having met Rocket before, his tastes might be horrendous, so it doesn't really hold that much weight.

So? They'll delay the process by however long the system takes to run its course. That has absolutely nothing to do with NKS and they have zero control over it. If the process of appeal took only one month, then that would be the length of delay. Are you suggesting that the system should be changed to benefit AFC? Or that NKS should drop their appeal because the system takes ages to process it? That would be a bit fuckin stupid, no? Forget yer opinion on Kingsford, because it's completely irrelevant.
