Where's the draw taking place, and how do we access it?
-
Aye. Worrying like, Maynard increasingly looking not up to it. Hopefully we get someone in before we face a decent team.
-
Good win. Sounded like a shite game. Well done though.
-
Good stuff McLean. Didn't hear much of him in the first, neither Maynard. Or Wright until he set up the goal. Hope we relax a little in the second and give them a tanking.
-
Doubt it'll be streaming. Unless some dandy is streaming it on their phone.
-
I pay only in Bitcoin and hand jobs. I never buy anything for as cheap as 50p. I don't think it's possible anymore. I dinna shop in supermarkets either.
-
I don't use a wallet. Wallets are 2004 shite.
-
Good initiative. Although I still think a phone app and QR scanned entry is required. Save carrying a card around all the time. Perhaps for those who are in town anyway and just fancy heading to the game but don't have the card with them. Or for the likes of me who'd rather not have to remember my season tickets each week.

Should be an interesting one tonight. I'm assuming it's not on RedTV or anywhere else? I'd go for the same team as you Piper, apart maybe switch McLean in for Tansey. Think we need to be more attacking if possible. I originally thought Storey should start, but given McInnes' interview comments on Sunday I reckon he'll be off before the windae closes. That means we absolutely need Maynard to get up to speed, and so perhaps we give him a start like you say.
-
Aye, it absolutely isn't Aberdeen. It's over 6.5 miles from the fuckin train station. It's only half a mile closer than Portlethen, which isnae in Aberdeen either.
-
As reigning champion, I'll unfurl the flag with a guess of 78 points. Positive as fuck.
-
Fuck that, with Rooney we'd injured it'd take us days to score one.

Who knows with JC like. Remember hearing the interview at the time, it was part of a longer interview where he did his usual shite about knowing why naebody likes him. Cosgrove was great in that interview, just coaching Jimmy along to spill the beans. The involvement with the BoS and Rangers is very sinister and very unreported and not investigated (shocker). There's every reason to assume that BOS, were loaning to Rangers at a time when they were calling in loans form their direct competitors (including Aberdeen). -
Fair doos min, but at least quote his whole sentence if you're going to be hold people to a certain standard, otherwise you undermine your own comments. Here: Seems to me like he meant No Kingsford, hence why he mentioned them earlier in the sentence. In fact, in that sentence, he's clearly being critical of the form of their objection.
-
A pretty good point 100%AK. Garlogie, I believe he was referring to the No group's argument rather than the whole of Westhill when you read the sentence back. It does seem like there's a lack of movement by AFC to address the issues raised. There is still plenty of time of course, and perhaps there's some tactic being deployed where any measures being taken will be revealed late on in the process to try and prevent any negative case being outlined before the decision meeting. Alternatively, AFC believe that their existing plan is a goer and they don't need to present any further mitigation of issues? That would seem a little reckless. Not to mention the fact that a lot of the concerns (transport etc) are completely genuine, and need a solution from AFC for the sake of its supporters.

There definitely isn't a player in there. He lacks basic football skills. I'm not sure why everyone can't see this. Just after he scored, he was through in a similar position and he just didn't know what to do so he passed it directly to the opposition. He's basically a shitter version of Mackie, or Magennis, or any other guy we've had over the years. He's Dougie Imrie of Hamilton, shite but fit. Rocky Fister, Martin Waghorn anyone of that ilk. Ten a penny. That said, Maynard (so far) appears to be masquerading as a non-rapey David Goodwillie*. A guy who's past transfer fees are holding him above the drop zone of semi-professional fitba. He's Josh Parker without the Come Dine With Me fame. A striking version of Jeffrey Monakana. 2017's Mo Chalali. Stockley is a fucking horses arse. Can only header the ball in the direction he's facing. Slower than Alan Tait with the touch of Ash Taylor. His jumping coach is Nigel Pepper. All three need to be ditched before the end of the window**, with a proper striker brought in instead if we're serious about finishing second. The hun didn't look like world beaters against Motherwell, but they've got enough about them to beat the other teams. I don't think Hibs have the squad to finish top 3 but they will be taking points off us and the hun this season. If we dick about with these 3 tits, we'll drop points. Of the 3, I'd go Storey tomorrow night. Simply because he scored a goal and will tank about the place. On at least one occasion he'll fail to control a simple ball and kick it out of play. *I don't mean he's rapey, I mean he's of the same footballing quality. **Or choose one to keep just for posterity. The nicest one to have about the place. Get Derek Young to choose - he kens.

I think they should toss a coin after each round of pelantees. Coin tosses are what make the game in my opinion.
-
Fit's with the single quotes round everything. Fuckin spakker. Petitions for everything these days.
-
If yer ever hitch hiking fae Portlethen, I'll pick ye up. Drop ye at the train station.

What in the world of fuck? £1M? The boy is fucking atrocious. He's basically Storey, a total headless chicken with nae skill whatsoever but a bit of strength and pace. They (Ipswich) also signed Garner. There must be some sort of hun-based conspiracy going on there, there's no way any club would pay money for those pair of cunts. Reminiscent of McGhee "selling" Lee Miller to Strachan for £650K.
-
That'd be the worst argument in the history of arguments.
-
Nae really. The boy probably made a meal of it, but it was definitely a pen

I thought 15K seemed about right. Although, a terrible game for 15K people to sit through. Very much like Thursday accept against a much shiter opponent. We looked tired, but been a long week I suppose. Logan, O'Connor, Considine and Wright the only real performers, the rest were poor. Stewart didn't do much when he come on either. Maynard was gash. He's like Goodwillie. We could persist, but I can't see it being worth it. His movement and general game understanding just doesn't seem to be there. Great finish by Storey, but he's still gash. Not sure how we set-up for the same fixture on Wednesday. I'm thinking give Storey a run about just because he scored. Re-instate Christie to the attacking midfield role where he's far better and maybe go with GMS and Wright on either wing. Nae sure though, we just look a good bit off where we need to be.

Wow. The two aren't even remotely comparable. The huns fielded players over several years that they otherwise couldn't afford to buy, which bought them success. We played shite, and whilst playing shite, some flares got chucked onto the pitch. The thing about the hun situation, is that most people are - with right on their side - genuinely asking for a fair punishment in the voiding of titles. Not being re-awarded or anything like that. I mentioned on one thread that I'd call for the dons to lose titles in similar circumstances, because it's about sporting integrity. Calling for Thursday's game to be replayed and citing the huns cheating totally undermines that point of view, because it would simply be a ridiculously harsh punishment that is completely unwarranted. Fine them, aye. Make them play a game or two without their fans, aye. At a real push, give their next round opponents a bye. We didn't deserve to go through, and the flares made absolutely no difference to that. That's not how you win games in sport, or it just not sport. In fact, it would be equivalent of the huns still claiming that they won those 14 trophies when everyone knows they cheated.
